Real good faculty, labs, connectivity is at its peak, big campus, and lot of opportunities.
Placements: Generally, there are no placements after a B.Sc. in life sciences; you are required to do a master's or PhD. College still has a placement cell, and you can join it to get some internships and placements in your final year. Recently, summer internships in research were offered by different departments like Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Maths, and Physics.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi: No Wi-Fi access for students. But you have a 5G connection throughout campus. Labs have all the required equipment. If you have a practical class, you will enjoy it. Classrooms: Decent-sized, spacious classrooms. Most of the classrooms in the science block have projectors. Hostel: College does not offer hostel facilities. Canteen: The college canteen is cheap; the food is decent. Sports and games: College offers a lot of sports and games.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful. Teachers go out of their way to help students. The course curriculum is designed by the university, and it opens up a lot of opportunities in different fields of biology and mathematics. Semester exams are pretty easy; just attend the college regularly.
Other: College has a lot of societies, so good opportunities are right ahead. You can get scholarships if you are eligible. College is surrounded by a lot of trees. The best part about college is that it is 50m away from JLN metro station, which has a lot of connectivity.

Dyal Singh is really close to metro station and it's really helpful to travel.
Placements: We have a placement cell in our college, and also we can participate in the overall DU placement cell, which is really helpful. A decent amount of placements is there. But what matters is skills. Although the degree you got is helpful, everything else just depends on the personality of the person. DU also provides internships, paid or unpaid; both are really helpful.
Infrastructure: In our college we do not have a hostel still. But the condition of the library is really good. Wi-Fi is also there. The canteen is really good and cheap for the food they are providing. Teachers are also nice. It's just you have to be present there. Overall, it's nice.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. The library is also there to help. Semester exams are decent. You can get a pass if you study before the exam. The syllabus is decent. It's not too difficult to pass. If you study a bit beforehand.
Other: Courses like B.Sc. Life Science contain Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany as major subjects. This is a research-based course, and in a four-degree program, you can get one subject as a major and another one as a minor from the three major subjects.

Satisfied because of faculty.
Placements: As a first-year student, I don't know much about it, but it is quite average. Around 40–60% of seniors got placements, but the college does not have an active placement cell. Many pharmaceutical companies provide jobs in my courses. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are available at the college. The infrastructure is average. The canteen food is average for some meals. Medical facilities are good, and sports and game activities are very good. Hygiene is maintained. The college has a well-maintained library with proper facilities, but the campus does not have a Wi-Fi connection.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is pretty good. There is too much paperwork, which makes exam preparation quite hard due to a lack of time. The teachers are supportive. Semester exams are not pretty hard; if a student has studied some of the material, they can pass.
Other: The Science Fest was very good, and extracurricular activities are appreciated. Different events are organized by several departments to build lacking qualities.

The college campus is good.
Placements: The placements are satisfactory, with a good salary and in reputed companies and organizations. Many courses are offered by our college and many top recruiting companies also come to hire students for placements. Many students are enrolled in my course .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and our college has one of the biggest campuses in Delhi University. The library has an ample amount of books and also has AC. The canteen food is also good. Classrooms have a proper electricity supply with good furniture and appropriate seating.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified, with very experienced teachers who are also very patient with the teaching. The curriculum is completely relevant to the course we have opted for and the faculty is also very qualified and has good knowledge regarding their subjects.
Other: Events are good.

Dyal singh college overall experience!
Placements: The college has been working admirably towards providing placements to students. In the third year, a 7.0 internship fair was hosted. Some students got placed, while others were left out due to the lesser amount of stipend offered.
Infrastructure: Compared to other colleges in the same field, the college provides a really nice experience. The labs are well-equipped, and we can easily and flawlessly do all the experiments. The staff is not friendly in the labs, there is no Wi-Fi facility available on the campus, and the drinking water is not good. In the library, we can get books and journals if we issue them on time. The classrooms have a projector screen, which is a nice thing.
Faculty: Some teachers for certain subjects are ridiculously good and helpful, but mostly there are a lot of below-average teachers who don't know what they are doing and are there just for the sake of reservation. The Chemistry faculty is not helpful and is below average even in their way of teaching.
Other: The only good thing about the course is the amount of extra fields it opens for a student to choose from. They can improve the curriculum by making us work practically in the field of biotechnology rather than just making us write long theories in our files, which would be extremely helpful to the students.
