Hindu college- Value for money.
Placements: Generally, the placement record of Hindu College is very good because companies like Wipro, TCS, and LG come for campus placement. Mainly 60 to 70 percent of students are able to grab the placement. Also, companies like LIC and Internshala come for internship, as many students want to do internships. The median package offered by the company lies between 6 to 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel is only available for male students with the facility of free Wi-Fi, hygienic food, a bathroom, a balcony, a hostel library, and a hostel cyber cafe. Also, the hostel provides free medical facilities for all hostellers, but you have to pay a monthly medical fee, which is very minimal.
Faculty: Faculty members are well trained and very friendly; most of them are Ph.D. holders and belong to many prestigious organizations. Our college is following the NEP curriculum, where students can study anything that they want. Exams are conducted twice a year on a semester basis, and semester exams are moderately difficult.

The college is damn good and you will get a great opportunity .
Placements: The highest package would be 5–6 lacs and the lowest would be 3 lacs. Internships are frequent and the companies will hire you if you are qualified and meet their expectations. The percentage of students placed in my course is average but my course is one of the most popular courses at Delhi University.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is one of the best; the auditorium is damn good; the ground is good and quite large; if you are into any outdoor sports, then it would be beneficial to you a lot; the classes are quite big, but there is no facility for speakers in the classes .
Faculty: Teachers are quite arrogant but they are qualified and the syllabus only relies on modules provided by the college stationary; they will provide the reading and just go through them, but on YouTube, you will not get the content of my course because of NEP policy .
Other: I have chosen this because I do want to know this society in depth .

Worth it. Best faculty and infrastructure alongwith an amazing crowd. I got into it in 2024.
Placements: The course sees very few placements as one needs to have a higher degree to actually step in this field. Students can get various internships in NGOs and fieldwork, surverys for government sits. Top roles offered in the course are of a - Professor.
Infrastructure: We have a three-storey library and excellent infrastructure. The college and the hostel are very beautiful and wi-fi is available. They have spacious classrooms in the department. We have many conference rooms also available. The canteen food is great and very affordable. We have two canteens. The hostel mess is also very clean and offers good food 4 times a day .
Faculty: The teachers are very approachable and highly knowledgeable about their specific domains. They are very qualified and most of them have a teaching experience of more than 15 years. The course curriculum is in line with the NEP and is very relevant in the current scenario. The various submit, conferences and events organised help students get ready for the industry. The semester exams are tough and are divided into different types of assessment. The passing percentage is also very good.
Other: The course helps you connect to the ground level and broadens your horizons to other perception. It helps you find a connection in history and the current relevant topics in the society. It helps you in developing a deeper understanding of the society you are a part of. The field excursions can be encouraged more and there should be more fieldwork than just classroom learning. The college infrastructure is too good. The college organises one of the biggest fests of Delhi University and it's also organised by students. The college crowd is very intelligent and one can surely expect an enriching experience.
