Placements: At my campus, placement is full. The placement department is fully supportive. The placement department is so helpful. They give a lot of opportunities to students. The placement percentage here is around 80%. All top recruiting companies comes in my college .

Infrastructure: The course is so easy. You just need to read before the exam. The faculty is so helpful; they will help you with every doubt. They will solve all your queries. The infrastructure is good. The condition of the classroom is amazing. The rooms are air-conditioned.

Faculty: The faculty are so supportive. Last year, all students cleared both semesters with good marks. Actually, teachers are like parents. They help you a lot. They will always be there whenever you need their help. They are always their to help you. This place is so amazing.

Absolutely satisfied with the labs and their resources, as well as the greenery of the campus.

Placements: In the course of mining machinery engineering, the placements are okay. The placement percentage for the year 2023 was 75%. The average package is around INR 15 LPA. And these packages range from INR 7 LPA to 44 LPA, the highest being given by a teaching company for an IT job. Despite being a core branch (or, basically, a subset of mechanical engineering), students get placed into teaching companies for the role of software development, etc. It just depends on the skills of the student.

Infrastructure: For first-year students, classrooms are non-AC, with a capacity of 135 students at a time, equipped with a projector and microphone. The labs are maintained quite well and facilitated by technical assistants, and the instruments present in the labs are in very good condition. Their resources can also be used by students for project purposes. The central library is fully air-conditioned and fully Wi-Fi-enabled. Three floors are dedicated to different kinds of books, whereas the fourth floor is called an open reading hall, where you can bring your stuff and study. The open reading hall is open on holidays as well, whereas the other three remain closed on weekends and holidays. You can sit on the fourth floor till midnight generally and until 9 p.m. on the rest of the three floors, while during exam days, library timings are extended, with the first three floors being open till 12 a.m. Hostel rooms are quite small and are shared by two people, with a single study table, a single cupboard, and a single LAN connection. Wi-fi is not available in hostels, but LAN is to be used for internet connections. The internet speed is fairly good. Inside the hostel, there are four blocks each with a play area in between, which is a badminton court or basketball court. There is also a common room where students can watch cricket matches on TV or play table tennis. There are two canteens inside the hostel that remain open until 2 a.m., so if students feel hungry while studying late at night, then these canteens can satisfy their hunger. Mess food is fine and eatable; it's not that bad, and it's also sweet, like rasgulla and gulab jamun, could drinks, kesar milk, etc. Are served as one-time-limited The menu of the mess can be changed by the student committee if the majority of the students want to do so.

Faculty: The faculty members, as usual, are not all good; only a few are good at teaching. Students have to study by themselves a little if they regularly attend the classes because the course curriculum is not so difficult in the first year but becomes more difficult as the years pass. The first-year courses are the basic courses of each department of engineering, and the lab courses are very relevant to giving first-hand experience on machines and other instruments that are actually used in the industry.

Review of IT Dhanbad (ISM) - Indian Institute of Technology (ISM).

Placements: In the previous few years, the department of Mining Machinery Engineering has seen a 100% placement rate. The highest salary package offered is 45 LPA by Microsoft, the average is 11 LPA, and the lowest is 8 LPA. All coding companies visit the campus, and core mechanical companies also recruit every year. Coal India is the top recruiting company.

Infrastructure: The college is in the top ten league of IITs, so the infrastructure is excellent. It is the third-oldest IIT after Roorkee and BHU. Labs are very well maintained, with all kinds of facilities. The college has Asia's 2nd-biggest technical library, and meritorious students study there in sofa-like chairs. It is air-conditioned. Hostels are good, with LAN connections in all rooms. Mess food is above average but not on par with home. There are 24X7 medical facilities, and an ambulance comes to take you, even if you have a small cold. Sports grounds are huge and have the best facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, with almost all having Ph.D. degrees, but that doesn't mean they are excellent. You need to work hard on your own. They are very strict about 75% attendance. Every year, some students get behind due to this rule, so you must take care of that.

It is good because of the culture of the college, the hostel, and placement and opportunities.

Placements: About 90% of students are placed. 45LPA is the highest salary package offered by Microsoft. The average would be between 15 and 20 LPA, and the minimum is 7 LPA. PwC, Vedanta, and mostly all companies were open for our branch. Around 30% of students get internships at PwC, Microsoft, and other mid-size companies. Top roles offered are graduate engineer trainee, management trainee, other SDE, and analyst.

Infrastructure: IIT ISM has the biggest library in India. The department is also good. While its building is old, there is LAN 24 hours and Wi-Fi in the library. There are lecture halls that are world-class. Hostels are good and have good maintenance, but rooms are a little small for boys' hostels, while they are very good for girls' hostels. Food is also good at the hostel. There is a health center on the college campus that is open 24 hours. An ambulance service is also provided. Sports and games are also in the hostel and in the student activity center. The canteen is also open till 4 am and the RD shop is open at 6 am.

Faculty: Professor are good behaviour and knowledgeful since it's an IIT, standard is always maintained and it's high class. Absolutely course designes is good and there are modifications now which makes it even better. Semester exam are not too tough but also not easy. One need to study to get good grades.

Other: I chose this course since I was getting admission to IIT. The culture at ISM is absolutely excellent. A culture festival and a technical fest are also held each year. Other fests also go on. Students are also provided scholarships, but there are conditions to be eligible for a scholarship.

This college is best for the earth sciences branch of engineering.

Placements: Placements percentage of eligible and willing students is around 80-85% on campus. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Schlumberger, Cairn, Future First, JSW, Vedanta, Wipro, PWC, and many other companies visit for placements. Around 20-25% of students get internships opportunities.

Infrastructure: This college has world-class libraries, multi-storeyed buildings, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi, and laptop support. Hostels are well-equipped with LAN connections, well-ventilated, elevators, and other facilities. New hostels are also built in this college. The food is average but the service is good regarding the mess.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and helpful. Our course covers all the aspects and is more application-based and industry-relevant. The semester exams' questions are application based mostly and good concepts can ensure high scores. Almost everyone passes the exams.

Other: I wanted to study a core branch and ISM is renowned for its mining and other courses. It is an application-based course and also covers aspects of mechanical engineering. Many fests are organised on our campus. Mainly Srijan, Khanan, etc., are held in this college.
