Placements: Approximately 69.41% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered is 51.03 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 5.23 LPA. The average salary package offered is 12.56 LPA. The top recruiting companies like Microsoft and ONGC visit the college to hire students. Around 50% of students got internships. Many roles, like mining executive, data analyst, etc., are offered.

Placements: There are approximately 45-50 students in our branch. Placement day 1: 4 students were placed and day 2: 3 students were placed. We are yet to get the further data. We see a maximum CTC of 33.57 LPA from PhonePe for an SDE role. The lowest was 13.38 LPA and the average being somewhere around 15 LPA. The most students were recruited in Meesho for an analyst role.

Placements: Our course had an 81.31% placement rate. The average salary was INR 16.98 lacs, the highest salary was INR 56 lacs, and the median salary was INR 15 lacs in 2023. Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Tata Metaliks, Tata Power, Tata Steel, American Express, Ram Group, Schlumberger, AMD, Deloitte, and Aditya Birla visited our campus for placements.

Placements: According to previous year data, 75-80 percent of students get placed, with the highest package of 59 Lacs and the lowest package of 18 Lacs. Top recruiters are Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia, Samsung, etc. Top roles: chip designer, software engineer. Almost 75-80 percent get internships.

Placements: I am in the chemical engineering department. The average salary package offered in our department is not very good, but it is okay. Our course contains a vast amount of scope which it covers. It nearly covers all fields so it is important. In our course, the highest salary package offered is above 56 LPA.

Placements: The placement opportunities at IIT are exceptional, with students securing positions in some of the world's leading companies. Around 80% of students successfully find placements, while the remaining 20% explore opportunities in startups and other ventures. In 2020, the highest package offered was INR 25 lacs, while the lowest package stood at 12 lacs. Renowned companies actively participate in the hiring process at IIT.

Placements: The placements are quite good enough for a freshers graduation in current scenario. You can expect packages of crore but it is very limited. Yes, if you work upon your skills and maintain a minimum CGPA, the placement is almost guaranteed. Also the internship opportunities are also vast here.

Placements: Almost 90% of students from our branch got placed. In the last year, the highest salary package offered in our branch was 40 LPA. The lowest salary package was not offered to students. Top recruiting companies like Google, Amazon, Reliance, and Coal India visited the college for placements. Almost all students got an internship. Most of the students got placed as a software developer.

Depending on the year and overall market demand for the course. Top recruiters are Amazon, Google, Sprinkler, Wipro, Infosys, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, and many more.

Placements: The batch size of MME is 55 students, which is comparatively small. Placements are decent and placement percentage is around 80%. The average salary package offered is 15 LPA. Last year placement was not up to the mark because of recession. Most companies are open for the branch. Top recruiters include Caterpillar, Adani, and other Mining Machinery companies.

Placements: Overall placements are good. Last year due to recession it was not up to the mark. But before that it was decent. Placements percentage is about 80% in mining machinery, talking about 2023 placement states. The highest salary package offered was 44 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 9 LPA.

Placements: I am from the mechanical department pursuing a bachelor of technology in mining machinery engineering. According to 2024, the placement percentage of our branch is 75%. Students must score above 7 CGPA. The placement percentage for the bachelor of technology is 93%.

Placements: Out of 1,114 students who SAT in the placements, 993 got successful placements. The percentage of students is 69.97 in B.Tech and 54.13 in M.Tech. The average salary package offered is around 13.68 LPA. Around 184 PPOs and 284 internships are offered for the 2025 batch. The stipend offered is Rs. 75,000.

Placements: The programme has a 100% placement rate in recent years. Some of the companies that recruit from this programme include Microsoft, Samsung, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, and Walmart. The highest package is 44 LPA. The average salary is INR 16.98 LPA, and the median salary is INR 15 LPA.

Placements: It is really a good branch with low branch size. Professors are really great. The placement percentage is more than 80%. Talking about the latest placement (2023), the highest package was 45 Lacs per annum, the lowest package was 9 Lacs per annum, and the average package was 15 Lacs per annum.

Placements: 92 percent of students were placed in the Petroleum Engineering Branch. The highest package in Petroleum Engineering is 66 LPA. The average in Petroleum Engineering is 22 LPA. ONGC is the top recruiting company of the Petroleum Engineering Branch. Every branch has its own department building.

Placements: It is a great college. The campus life is great, and you will not regret joining it. The professors are decent, as it is IIT. Placements are also good. The placement ratio is about 85% on and off-campus. The highest package is 55 LPA, and the median is 13 LPA till last year. The top companies are Amazon, Flipkart, Google, etc.

Placements: Most of the students got placed for multiple roles, not only in core but also in non-core roles. For core placements, companies like Jaguar, Land Rover, TATA, Jindal Steel, and Baker Hughes reach out for campus placement. For non-core, big tech companies like Microsoft, Accenture, and Future First recruit.

Placements: 80 percent of students get placed. The highest package offered on campus was 66 LPA. Circuit branch students mostly go for tech jobs, with very few core companies (4-5) visiting the campus. Sixty percent of people get an internship. Top roles offered are in core and tech. Mainly tech jobs are offered, or in core, petroleum students have about 90% placements, including government jobs.

Placements: Many good companies come here for placements. Students from CSE, ECE, MNC, and Petroleum engineering do get relatively greater number of placement offers. Companies like Google, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Microsoft, etc., come here. Many students also got PPOs and good internships.
