It has a good campus environment and good infrastructure.
Placements: About 60% to 70% of students get placements. The salary packages are mostly between 2 LPA and 6 LPA. Wipro is one of the top recruiting companies. Students do internships in various machining and mechanic industries. The top role is production scrutiny.
Infrastructure: The college campus is enabled with Wi-Fi. Labs are mostly advanced ones. They have flipped classrooms for application-based study. The college also has a central library with more than 8,000 books. Hostels have food, lodging, and Wi-Fi facilities. They also have various sports facilities.
Faculty: Some teachers are Ph.D. holders, knowledgeable, and have overall good teaching quality. Practicals make students industry-ready as almost all the machines required are available. Semester exams are relevantly harder than at other colleges as it is an autonomous college.

Review of JIS College of Engineering.
Placements: The placement for core branch student's opportunities is negligible only 1-2 students get placed out of 60 students. Every institute is think about student's placement but JIS thinks about advertisements. If you think to learn something and doing something then do not take admission in this college.
Infrastructure: In this college, laboratories are well-maintained. The classrooms are also very good. The library facilities are helpful for students. Sports opportunities are very good. This college is an autonomous body that means they are not obeyed by Makaut. The rules and regulations this is very bad for students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. But college authorities are very bad for every decision-making. If any rules pass from Makaut then JIS has not obeyed that rule in the mechanical department. This college is abolished for JIS till 2022 because of the teacher. I would recommend students not to take admission to this college.
Other: Everything is average in this college. There is no extra benefit for students. Students do not take admission in this college.

It is one of the best engineering colleges because of its good placement record.
Placements: About 85% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.60 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki and other popular MNC companies visit our campus for placements. About 50% of the students got an internship in reputed MNC companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is marvellous. All classrooms are clean, hygienic and Wi-Fi enabled. The lab facility is excellent with all necessary instruments. Workshops are good. The library rooms are sufficient, and it has all books. The hostel and medical facility are good. The canteen is clean and hygienic. Sports like outdoor and indoor games are available for students.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful and qualified. Their teaching quality is excellent. Semester exams are conducted timely. It is very difficult to pass in semesters because teachers are very strict in exam time, but other times teachers are very friendly and open-minded with students. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to learn this course. The best thing about the course is it makes us learn new skills and technologies. Fest is conducted every year. The campus surroundings and connectivity are excellent.

The infrastructure and facilities are very good.
Placements: From our mechanical department, about 65% of students are placed in different companies. The average package offered in our course is about 2.5 LPA. Almost all the students of our department got internships in different companies. I am thankful to JISCE. We learn how to be a leader and how to handle situations.
Infrastructure: The hostel of our college is very nice. Rooms, bathrooms and all the facilities are good and clean. But I think the food served isn't of good quality. The condition of Wi-Fi is bad. The hostel staff are good. Food quality should be improved. The hostel fee should be decreased.
Faculty: Our teachers are very good and well mannered. The teachers are M.Tech and PhD qualified. Our teachers teach us well. They perform the practicals patiently and perfectly. We respect our teachers very much. Exams, i.e., 2 internal exams and final exams are held per semester in our college. NPTEL courses, Internshala courses and training, are offered. Flipped learning classes are also held.
Other: I like to deal with machines, electrical instruments, computers etc. A mechanical engineer can learn and deal with every kind of operation, i.e., machines, equipment, electrical equipment, software etc. I like to do welding, drillings, lathe, fluids, and I am interested in electric equipment a lot. I also like coding, programming etc. We perform many experiments in our lab with different equipment. I think most practical classes should be performed so that we learn properly. We participate in many events, i.e., NSS and NCC, in our college. The campus surrounding is very nice. Scholarships are provided. Many co-curricular activities are conducted.

The college is good for education but not for extracurricular activities except a few.
Placements: I will pass out in 2023, and I am in my second year. Due to this pandemic, we don't know much about the placements and recruiting companies of the course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and it is still in the developing process. Classrooms are good. The flip learning system is very exciting and excellent for the best learning. So I would give it 5 stars for it.
Faculty: Teachers are good at teaching. Extracurricular activities aren't much focused on by the college. The course is relevant and makes students ready for industry. Still, I am disappointed due to the current situation.
Other: I don't have much experience in this college.
