Pros:

* Excellent faculty: Faculty members are helpful, and their teaching quality is good. Most professors hold a Post-Doc degree in their respective subjects and are well-qualified.
* Research-oriented curriculum: The course design focuses on preparing students for higher studies (Ph.D.) and research, making it ideal for those interested in pursuing advanced degrees.
* Good infrastructure: The campus offers modern facilities such as air-conditioned classrooms, libraries with Wi-Fi, and single-occupancy hostels with amenities like lifts, Wi-Fi, and furniture.
* Decent placements: Although the placement record might not be exceptional, students receive decent offers from companies like EdTech, Physics Wallah, and others, with average packages ranging from INR6-12 Lacs per annum.
* Festivals and extracurricular activities: The college hosts various festivals and has multiple societies for extracurricular activities, providing opportunities for students to develop their interests outside academics.

Cons:

* Limited industry connections: As mentioned by several students, the college receives mostly educational background companies, and industrial background companies rarely visit the campus.
* No placements in Chemistry department: Unfortunately, the college doesn't seem to focus on recruitment in the Chemistry department, resulting in limited placement opportunities for students in this field.
* High competition: With over 90% of students getting placed from the college, competition for limited slots can be intense.
* Average hostel food: Students reported that the hostel food was not great, especially for North Indians who had to adapt to the local cuisine.
