It's great to join NITRR as it has good placement states which is increasing every year.

Placements: As I am fresher this year, I don't know too much about placements but according to seniors, Our Institute is one of the best NIT. Even there are good placement records of Lower Branches like Metallurgy, Mining etc. Due to the location of the college. Also, there is a club which organises mock placement sessions.

Absolutely good college, it is improving day by day.

Placements: Around 85% of passing out students got placed with prosperous packages in several top companies like Microsoft, Adobe, TCS etc. Few students got placements of more than 1 crore which were non-domestic. 3rd-year students have opted for internships in these companies beforehand.

National Institute of Technology is the best engineering college in raipur.

Placements: Metallurgy is a very sophisticated branch and we receive a good amount of placement in non-core every year. In 2021 about 47 students out of 74 got placed from the MME branch. Many students get admission in IIT, IISC and different colleges for M.Tech. MS is also a good option for those who want to dive deep into materials.

I recommend NIT Raipur because of good placement, faculty, facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: Around 70% to 80% of students are placed this year in electrical engineering. The highest salary package is 31 LPA and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA and the average salary package is 9.8 LPA. The internships percentage is low but 40% to 50% get internships. Many of the students are getting jobs in IT companies. PCU and core companies also come to the college but the percentage is low.

Companies that visit our college include TCS, L&T, and many big tech companies like Adobe, Morgan Stanley, etc., that visited last year. Our college is worthy of study, and it provides better infrastructure and good faculty members.

Placements: The placements scenario is not sufficient to satisfy the student's expectations. But the placements cell always tries their best to provide the job in the non-core companies. Overall, students can get an average salary package of around 5-6 LPA from the non-core companies, but not from the core companies of biotechnology.

I am satisfied with teachers, nice placements but average infrastructure, and lack of hostels.

Placements: Placements are above average even at the time of covid. Almost all students managed to get an internship. Many students take up job in software companies or prepare for government jobs because in mechanical there is not so high salary in core sector. The average salary package offered is 7-8 LPA for mechanical.
