It is a very good college, mainly in placements, and teachers are highly talented.
Placements: Almost 75% of the students got placed. Some students opt for higher studies, and some students have more than 5 arrears in the last year, so they are not allowed for some companies. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Tata Communication, Zoho and CSS Corp. Top roles offered to the students are TAC engineer and coder. In the ECE course, the highest salary package offered is 9 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Almost 10% of the students got an internship in Amazon, Ninjacart, Zoho and CSS Corp.
Infrastructure: Our college provides a library, swimming pool, well-cleaned classrooms and replication centre. Food served is average, and they don't serve non-vegetarian food. Our college has a private ambulance and a nurse available for 24x7. All kinds of sports are available here, mainly volleyball, and tournaments will be hosted by SVCE. Wi-Fi is only available in Wi-Fi zone area.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are excellent, highly knowledgeable, but they are not that helpful. Self-learning is highly recommended in our college. The course curriculum is not relevant. It is only up to research-level but not up to industry-level. However, now our college has become autonomous, so they improved syllabus. They conduct more mini-projects so that students can show their skill, and according to that, they assign training.
Other: I have chosen this course because of parent compulsion and excellent placements, and an average student can also get at least one offer. The college needs to provide more arrear class teaching for students who have arrear to train them again. Many symposia are conducted here, and yearly they conduct minimum 2. Our college connectivity is average. The hostel is very good as compared to the campus. Scholarships are available in every year.
