The JoSAA cutoff 2024 is the closing ranks of IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. Students, with the help of the cutoff for JoSAA 2024, can alter their choices of institutes and courses. The conducting authority will release the cutoff after every round of seat allotment results.

Q: When will the JoSAA 2025 all-round cutoff be released?

Candidates who qualified for JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced can participate in JoSAA 2025. The JoSAA 2025 seat allotment results will be released in online mode after every round. No, you cannot get a seat in NIT with the 87 percentile, especially for popular branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering. Candidates need to score more than 95 percentile to get into an NIT. However, it's important to note that cutoffs can vary depending on several factors, such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, and the availability of seats.

Q: Can I get NIT with 95 percentile in JEE Main?

It is possible for you to secure a seat in an NIT (National Institute of Technology), although it may not guarantee your preferred branch or institute. If your percentile is above 96, your chances of getting into a respectable NIT increases, but you may need to compromise on your branch selection. However, if you aim for a decent NIT with a preferred branch in the core field, you would need to score above 97.5%.
