Last minute preparation tips for JEE Advanced 2023

With barely 10 days left for JEE Advanced 2023, students are advised to manage time well to avoid last-minute stress.

IIT Guwahati will conduct JEE Advanced on June 4, 2023, in computer-based test mode.

Saurabh Kumar, Chief Academic officer (CAO), Vidyamandir Classes (VMC) shares last-minute tips on how to ace JEE Advanced 2023 exam. JEE Advanced is scheduled to be held on June 4, 2023.  JEE Advanced 2023 will be held for the top 2,50,000 candidates qualified in JEE Main 2023.  

Cracking JEE Advanced exam with high rank and getting admitted to top prestigious colleges and institutions of your choice is very challenging. With only a few days left for the JEE Advanced 2023, many students have already levelled up their preparation to get high score and ranking to beat the cut-throat competition and ace the JEE Advanced 2023 exam.

JEE Main exam primarily focuses on testing the candidates' accuracy and includes questions that are based on single concepts, and are directly application based. In contrast, the JEE Advanced includes multi-conceptual questions that not only require a strong foundation of the subject but also demand conceptual clarity and higher analytical skills to excel.

2. Practice more number of mock exams: Take regular mock tests to assess your progress and identify areas that require improvement. Regularly taking mock examinations enables individuals to evaluate their performance and identify areas that require improvement. It provides insights into one's level of preparation, the test's question complexity, and its pattern.
3. Master the basics: Focus on mastering the basics of each subject. Ensure that you have a clear understanding of fundamental concepts and principles of each subject and follow your self - written brief notes which can help you precisely target the important areas and sections.
4. Speed and accuracy: In the JEE Advanced 2023 exam, speed and accuracy are of utmost importance. The exam is designed to be challenging and time-bound with numerous multi-conceptual questions to be solved within a limited duration. To perform well, aspirants must focus on developing both speed and accuracy. To complete the exam on time and have sufficient time for revision, it is crucial to enhance both speed and accuracy.
