Placements: Around 78% of the students were placed in campus placements this year. The highest placement offered in civil engineering was 20 lacs, which was from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. The lowest package, or I can say the average package offered in my college or in my course, is around 11 lacs. The top recruiting companies are BPCL, ZS Associates, and Larsen and Toubro. Around 50% of the students got internships from companies that came to recruit. The top roles offered in the companies are engineering-related.
Infrastructure: A 450-square-foot library area for getting vast education or learning. I can say that there are a lot of books because there are thousands of books present in the library. The quality of food is good, and they are having a common hospital inside our college that is known as the Health Centre VNIT. All the treatment can be done on a government-paid basis, and the sports and game facilities we have include international swimming pools of Olympic size and have all the sports facilities including basketball, cricket, running, volleyball, football, and badminton indoor courts and much more, including table tennis.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful and well qualified from foreign universities and are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is, I can say, on the next level. In the course curriculum, it is also relevant and provides students with practical experience that will help them apply the students for applying the applications of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge they got in the college to express in the industry level thinking and the semester exams are quite easy for those who study hard and carefully. The past percentage is about 99% and the course curriculum is good.
Other: If we have a keen interest in engineering because I came from a civil engineering background, that's why I chose the scores. We have one cultural fest in one technical fest that is the largest technical fest in Central India. That is named Aarohi. The technical fest is named AXIS. Every year, our college organisation institute gathering is like basically a sports meet. It is an annual sports meet in which all the departments compete with each other. After 10 days, the final department will be given an award for being first and second and having a lot of extra-curricular activities: continuing student clubs (Prayas and Coding), entrepreneurship clubs, and much more.

An underrated college with supportive faculty. Placements are very good.
Placements: In Architecture, there are very few students who got placed. You can take a guess: 10 out of only 2 students got placed. Not many major companies come for placements. Students have to find internships on their own, but faculty members also help. There are so many opportunities in this course.
Infrastructure: Every necessary thing you need is available, like labs, smart classrooms, library, sports equipment, swimming pool, cricket, volleyball, basketball, football—every kind of sport is here. In the hostel, there is Wi-Fi, no electricity or water problems—everything is okay.
Faculty: Professors are well-qualified and very helpful. The best part of this course is that the faculty is interactive with you. And yes, this course makes you job-ready. This course is so underrated. I recommend this course to artistic people; you must try this course.
Other: I chose this course because I love to draw, and I got interested in buildings, monuments, history, etc. This course is 5 years long, which is the most disadvantageous part. It could have been a 4-year course. In an NIT, events are so cool, and we enjoyed them so much. Campus life is so good; you connect with awesome people.

It is really a bad decision to take admission here. Faculty are the worst, not cooperative.
Placements: My batch is not passed out yet. Once it is done, I will update soon. But previous batch. Placement was not satisfactory. It's really hard to score an 8 CGPA. The highest package was around 27 Lacs, and the percentage of placed students is really very low. Thank you.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities like LAN, library, smart classroom, laboratories, and many more. Our hostel is luxurious; we have been provided a 24-hour LAN. Water facility and cleanliness. The quality of food available in the mess is really bad. It is not tasty at all. It contains a lot of oil and vegetables with low prices.
Faculty: Faculty is really the worst. They don't teach well. They just complete their given period and take their salary. Its really shameful. Semester exams are very difficult and don't score at all. This college doesn't help students for industrial purposes. There is damaged equipment in labs. And no one gives information about our practical.
Other: The best things about this course is that it has Many fields. Teaching can be improved, but they don't try at all. There are various types of events happening. Ganpati, Holi, Navratri, institute gathering, department gathering, inter-not competition, etc. are organized.

College is good. It is an institute of national importance.
Placements: Around 80% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Most recruitment is done by ZS, JSW, Jindal Steel, Birla, and Varroc. Only a few students got internships at our college. Most students have to look outside. Top roles offered are a consultant and view engineer.
Infrastructure: Facilities we have are air-conditioned classrooms, labs with all equipment present, and well research is going on in college. Hostel is good with the network, electricity is present all the time and housekeeping is good. Mess food is okay and it is better, we got food four times a day that is breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Faculty: Teachers hold doctorates, they are doing some research projects where students also get the opportunity to work. They are well passionate about their field. Curriculum is designed according to the industry, it keeps updating. Exams are pretty good, we have to study a bit for good scores. Faculty members are top-notch. All are Ph.D. holders who have deep knowledge of their subjects.
Other: We got this course according to our JEE rank, so we got this, we don't choose this. But it has a lot of research scope and industry is booming. The things which can better be more discussion with people or any person from industry, there should be more field visits. Events are on the point, there are cultural, technical, and literary events. All festivals are celebrated by communities very well. Campus is in between city so have access to all the things. Extracurricular activities are good, have lots of things like street play to do.

The college is more academic-oriented than extracurricular activities.
Placements: From the past two to three years of recession, the placements everywhere decreased gradually but since this year, the placements at VNIT Nagpur College are slightly getting better and better as compared to past years. The placement percentage of students is, however, less but the average package is good.
Infrastructure: For the sports, I will give all the ratings to VNIT Nagpur as it has the best sports facilities among many NITs but for the other infrastructure, it is slightly worse, as classrooms do not contain ACs. Mess is not good at all. Mainly for boys hostels due to not maintaining proper hygiene. The medical facility has good ambulances available for 24 hours.
Faculty: Honestly speaking, this college has a little old curriculum and it is a bit hectic for student's lives. Teachers are highly qualified and their teaching quality is like average to good. Exams are not very difficult if someone is studying a little bit daily. There are also some students who resumed their studies a year or more ago.
Other: This college has not too good campus life compared to other NITs, as it has a more academic-oriented college but it contains some big festivals like Aarohi. Connectivity is good as it is in the main Nagpur city.

Q:   How is the overall infrastructure of VNIT Nagpur?

A:
{Source: B.Tech students & alumni]

The VNIT Nagpur campus provides a diverse and inclusive environment for all students, with no restrictions based on gender or location. The dress code is flexible, and students have access to multiple sports facilities and a well-stocked library. Academic life is moderate, with around 5-15 lectures per week, and exams are held semesterly. Teaching methodology focuses on textbook-based lectures and case studies, and there are designated student representatives and teachers available for support. Security measures include guards and CCTV cameras, and outsiders cannot enter the campus without permission. The college takes a strong stance against ragging and has a hygienic mess facility with good food options. Overall, the campus life at VNIT Nagpur is vibrant and enjoyable, with plenty of opportunities for academic and personal growth.

Here's my answer based on the five reviews you provided:

Overall, the infrastructure of VNIT Nagpur is good to excellent. The college has a large campus spread over 215 acres of land, with well-maintained labs, classrooms and hostels. The hostels are described as "average" but "enjoyable" by some reviewers, while others mention that they are "relatively new" and "better." The mess facility is said to be "good" but the food is described as "average" by some. The college also has a good library, sports facilities and medical facilities. No. Generally for getting a good branch in NITs that are out of home state 200+ is must. Since, you have two advantages, home state as well as OBC NCL be sure to at least score 150+ in JEE mains. You will get your desired branch in VNIT.
