Q:   How to check AIBE 2024 Cutoff?

A:

Candidates can check AIBE 19 Cutoff 2024 by following the simple steps given below:

  1. Go to the official website of AIBE (allindiabarexamination.com)
  2. Click on the "Results" tab on the top menu bar
  3. Click on "AIBE XIX Cutoff" link in the notification bar
  4. Enter your enrollment number and date of birth as registered for AIBE 2024
  5. On successful login, the cutoff marks for your category will be displayed on the screen

Q:   Is AIBE 19 cutoff marks 2024 been revised?

A:

 The Bar Council of India (BCI) has revised AIBE 19 cut off marks for the year 2024. The previously released cut off marks for General/OBC category was 38 marks out of 98, while for SC/ST category it was 34 marks out of 98. However, from this year onwards, AIBE 19 Cutoff 2024 will be 45% for general category. The AIBE cut-off marks is the minimum marks (or percentage) that candidates need to obtain in their category to clear the certification exam.

Q:   When will BCI release AIBE 19 Cutoff 2024-25?

A:

The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 19 cutoff 2024 along with the AIBE 19 Result 2024. Candidates must note that only those candidates who will qualify the AIBE 19 Exam who will be scoring marks equal to or greater than the AIBE Cutoff 2024. The BCI has increased AIBE cutoff from 40 per cent to 45 per cent for general category candidates. However, relaxations are given to candidates from OBC, SC and ST category in the AIBE 19 qualifying cutoff 2024. 

As per the revised AIBE 19 Passing Marks, General and OBC category candidates have to score 42 out of 100 and SC/ST candidates must score 37 out of 100 to qualify in the bar examination. Candidates who will clear the AIBE 2024 exam with the said AIBE 19 qualifying marks will receive Certificate of Practice.

All lawyers in the country must obtain the Certificate of Practice (COP) within two years of provisional enrollment. Only those advocates who have qualified AIBE (XIX) 19 Exam 2024 will be issued COP to continue practising at the court of law in India.

The AIBE qualifying marks cutoff 2024 is the minimum marks a candidate must score to clear the AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024. It must be noted that AIBE 19 (XIX) Cut-off 2024 is decided by the BCI.

AIBE 19 Minimum Passing Criteria 2024

Candidates must note that the BCI will notify AIBE Cut off which is the minimum passing marks for the exam. AIBE minimum passing criteria is 45 per cent, however, if there are any changes, the council will announce the same.

Q:   What if I fail to score AIBE 2024 Cut Off marks?

In case, you fail to score AIBE 2024 cutoff score, then you will not be issued the Certificate of Practice. The AIBE 19 cutoff marks for the General/OBC category have been revised for AIBE 2024 Exam. The cutoff marks for AIBE exam are 40% marks of total scores for general/ OBC category candidates and 35% marks of total scores for SC/ST category. Incase wrong questions are found in the question paper, the total marks as well as cutoff marks will change for all categories. The cutoff marks are influenced by the answer key objections received by the exam authorities after the exam has been conducted. For AIBE 17 result, the passing marks or cutoff marks are to be decided out of 98 marks. It is because the exam authority has identified two wrong questions in the paper after candidates have raised objections. Therefore, the cutoff marks for AIBE 17 is 38.9 marks out of 98 marks for General and OBC category, and 34.3 marks out of 98 marks for SC/ST/PWD category. Similarly, in the past years, the cutoff marks was dropped to as low as 36 for General/ OBC category and 31 marks for SC/ST/PWD category as the exam authority had deleted 9 questions for AIBE XIV question paper. The last date for correction in AIBE registration form was November 22nd 2024. So you can not correct now. Now the admit card downloading is in process from December 15th onwards.
