TG ICET 2025: Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE), formerly known as TSCHE, will release the TG ICET exam date 2025. A:
Mathematical Ability section of TSICET exam is divided into three sub sections, namely Arithmetical Ability, Algebraical and Geometrical Ability and Statistical Ability. These sections have a question weightage of 35:30:10. Some of the important topics included in all these sub sections are Statements and Truth Tables, Areas and Volumes, Powers and Exponents, Relations and Functions Surds, LCM and GDC, Modular Arithmetic and Partnership. Candidates preparing for all these sections based on the Class 12 level books will be able to fetch a good score in TSICET exam's Mathematical Ability section.

Q:   Which section of TSICET exam has the maximum questions?

Mathematical Ability section and the Analytical Ability section of TSICET exam has an equal question and marks weightage. The Communication Ability section of the TSICET exam has the least number of questions, I. e. 50. While the other two sections have 75 questions each. TG ICET Eligibility Criteria 2025

      1. Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree course, irrespective of the discipline, with a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent (45 per cent for reserved categories)

TGCHE designs the TG ICET exam with questions from three different sections, including Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability, and Communication Ability. These sections are on similar lines to other MBA entrance exams, such as NMAT, TANCET, CAT, CMAT, AP ICET, etc.

Q:   What is the marking scheme of TSICET exam?

A:
As per the Telangana ICET marking scheme for every correct response marked, candidates will fetch 1 mark, irrespective of the section. Additionally, the marking scheme of TSICET exam states no negative marking in case of incorrect responses marked by the candidate. Moreover, there is no negative marking for questions left unattempted. All 200 questions of TSICET exam will have the common marking scheme discussed above. With no sectional time limit in the online exam, candidates can navigate across sections and questions of TSICET exam.

Q:   What are important topics included in TSICET exam's Analytical Ability section?

A:
Analytical Ability section of TSICET exam has questions from topics in Data Sufficiency and Problem-Solving sub sections. The important topics of Analytical Ability in the TSICET exam include Reasoning, Coding and Decoding Problems, Sequences and Series, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Problem Solving, Venn Diagrams, Complete the Blank Spaces, Pie Chart, and Data, Time and Arrangement Problems. Both parts of Analytical Ability section do not have equal weightage. Topics under Data Sufficiency frame 20 questions, while topics under Problem Solving frames 55 questions.

Telangana ICET exam pattern mentions the sections, marking scheme and number of questions in the question paper. As per the TSICET exam pattern, the question paper comprises 200 questions. Candidates are given one mark for every correct answer and there is no negative marking for incorrect responses. The duration of the exam is 150 minutes. Telangana ICET exam is a Computer Based Test to be conducted across multiple districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
