CUET 2025 BCA syllabus - National Testing Agency (NTA) released CUET BCA syllabus along with the information brochure. Candidates are recommended to go through the CUET UG syllabus 2025 to prepare well for the entrance exam. CUET 2025 will be held tentatively between May 15 and 31, 2025. Candidates can go through CUET BCA syllabus to know the important topics that will be covered in the subjects under BCA course eligibility.

Common Univeristy Entrance Test (CUET) result is released by National Testing Agency. CUET syllabus is divided into three sections viz., Languages, Domain Subject and General Test. CUET language section assesses candidate through reading comprehension (factual, literary, and narrative), literary aptitude and vocabulary. CUET syllabus second section- domain subject assesses the candidate's in depth knowledge on the subject he/she has opted for. CUET third section- general test includes general knowledge, current affairs, general mental ability, quantitative reasoning and logical and analytical reasoning. CUET syllabus is available now. Q: Are NCERT books enough to cover CUET syllabus?
Since the CUET syllabus is in line with the Class 12 Board exam syllabus, it can be safely assumed that the NCERT books are enough to cover the syllabus of the exam. Candidates must note that, CUET exam tests students' understanding of the concepts and ability to apply them in various situations.
Therefore, to prepare well and get a good score, it is advised that students refer to other study materials and books designed for national level competitive entrance exams. The CUET UG syllabus is in tune with the Class 12 Board exam syllabus. The chapters and topics are similar to Class 12 syllabus. Unlike other UG entrance exams, CUET UG syllabus does not include Class 11 syllabus.

The difficulty level of the CUET exam ranges from moderate to tough. Since the CUET UG exam is held for multiple subjects and slots, the difficulty level of the exam varies from subject to subject. Sometimes, the difficulty level may also vary for different slots. The difficulty level of exam is also relative and the same exam's level of difficulty may vary for different candidates. While for the well prepared candidates, the difficulty level will be low, for the underprepared students, the level of difficulty will be on the higher side.

No, CUET syllabus is not based on CBSE syllabus as claimed by Education Ministry in Rajya Sabha on August 02, 2023. The CUET exam is designed to assess the general understandig of the candidate in subjects he/she has opted for. CUET UG is on of the biggest UG entrance exam carnival conducted for admission in cebtral, state, private and deemed universities.

Section A of CUET UG Computer Science consists of 15 mandatory questions covering both Computer Science and Informatics Practices. Section B1 and B2 have 35 questions each from Computer Science and Informatics Practices, respectively, of which candidates will be required to answer 25 questions from each section.

CUET BCA Syllabus – Mathematics
According to NTA, section II, or the domain-subject section carries 50 questions, out of which candidates will have to attempt 40 questions. The duration for this section is 45 minutes. In case a test taker attempts more than 40 questions, no marks would be awarded or deducted. The following table brings the complete structure of the CUET exam pattern.

CUET 2025 Exam Pattern
