The B.Tech admission cut-off is 70-80 percent. The cut-off varies from year to year and depends on several factors. The university may also take into account scores from certain state level engineering entrance tests. ADBU may administer its own entrance test for B.Tech admission. You must have appeared in one of the mentioned entrance tests: JEE Main, and DBU-GET.

If you want to apply for Lateral Entry, you must have obtained a Diploma in Engineering and Technology from a recognised institute with a minimum aggregate of 50% in the final year examination. Candidates with a B.Sc. degree from a recognised university who have achieved a minimum of 55% in aggregate and 50% in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry individually can apply. To apply for the examination, candidates must have appeared in the DBU-GET entrance exam.

Assam Don Bosco offers fee refunds under certain conditions. However, the details vary from case to case. If you withdraw your application and apply for a fee refund before the commencement of the academic year, you can get a partial refund after deducting Rs.1000 as an administrative charge. If you fail to meet the eligibility criteria for admission by 31st October of the year in which you applied, you will get a partial refund, after deducting a pro rated amount of tuition fees and annual fees along with the administrative charge. The application deadline has passed for the majority of the programs at Assam don Bosco University admission. The last dates for undergraduate programs are in August and January respectively. Applications are usually submitted online through the admission portal of the University. The University will charge an application fee which you will have to pay online.
