I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: In our college, almost 75% of students got placed. If you were talented and interested in core subjects, you would be placed in good companies, but you had to develop your knowledge. Coding knowledge might be valuable if you want software engineering jobs.
Infrastructure: Labs were good. The environment of the library was peaceful, which would help you gather more information and gain knowledge. Hostel maintenance was good. A huge playground was available. There were tennis courts and places for extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Our teachers were good and knowledgeable. They helped us gather more information about our subjects. Semester exams were difficult. You have to score more than 60%. The course curriculum was relevant. Most students got good percentage.

Other: It has too much facilities with good faculty members as well as good scope and it also has the best distance education programs. It is the second largest university in India. It was a semi-governmental college, but now it has been fully undertaken by Tamil Nadu government. It is a state government college now. It has courses available in medical, engineering, agriculture and pharma, etc.

Other: It is an extremely bad college. No placements just study. They ruin students’ life and then their life becomes really difficult after graduating since it is really hard nowadays to get a job in the market. The college has an elite faculty but what is needed at the end of the day is placement, which this college has 0%. So think 100 times before even visiting this college, I ruined my life, didn’t want others to do so too.

Other: The campus of Annamalai University is very large and wide with impressive academic buildings. Classes at AU are interactive in nature but sometimes feels bored due to lengthy lectures, both internal and external exams held on time in entire course duration. Campus life is slow in terms of extracurricular activities. Placement department need to be look after seriously.

Placement is very poor. We should get a offline placement.
Placements: About 75% students has joined in my course. The highest pack offered is about 20k and the lowest is 10k. There is no much top recruitment companies in this university. About 25% students only gone through internship. IT developed is the most offered in my course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is quite holder as it is a 100 year old building. Hostel are relatively in poor condition when compared to college and the food are not well prepared. The mess is not nice and food quality is very disappointing. Sports is encouraged.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable. And the teaching quality is quite better. Yes it makes the students ready for industry. The college management is preparing questions for semester so it is not that much difficult to attempt the exams and score marks.
Other: I was very much interested in instrumentation. So that I chose this course.
