Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. This university is one of the great colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Placements: There are 53 students in our class. Around 4 to 5 companies are visiting to recruit the students. Around 70-80 students are having internships in the surrounding companies.

Infrastructure: It provides classrooms with projectors and white screens, hostels with Wi-Fi, laboratories with highly performing machines and tools. They have the best technologies, and the hostel is good, mess food is also good. Many sports like football, cricket, basketball, tennis, etc., are available.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They have good intentions to make a student an engineer. Semester exams are good, and they provide extra classes to the students, and get high scores in the exams. The pass percentage is 50 out of 100, and the internal marks will be 25, and the main exam is 75.

Other: I opted for this course because I love it. Even students have machines that even IIT does not have.
