My college is good for all types of activities, including studying and extracurricular activities.
Placements: This is one of best colleges in Chennai. My course is Computer Science and Engineering. Coming to placements, Around 90% of students are placed. The highest package salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest package sa;ary package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, and Accenture are among the recruiters. Around 95% of students got internships from my course. Roles include development, testing, and others.
Infrastructure: College and hostel infrastructure is very good, and campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. Quality of food is very hygienic, and rooms are neat and clean. Boys' and girls' hostels are separate and not located next to each other. One hostel is on the east side, and the other is on the west side of campus.
Faculty: The way teachers treat students is very good, and their teaching is also excellent. They do not irritate students. Teachers use practical knowledge to help students, and they take time to focus on each student. One of the ways they help is by making each student speak for a day to overcome stage fear.
Other: In my college, all courses are taught well. It is up to you to choose which course you want to select.

B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering - Batch of 2025
Offered by Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER)

It's satisfactory, but it doesn't meet expectations entirely.
Placements: The percentage of students who landed good placements last year ranged from a minimum of 2.5L per annum to a maximum of 36L per annum. However, due to ongoing recess this year, there have been fewer placements. Hopefully, next year, there will be more opportunities in this college. The top courses, particularly in the medical field, are very promising.
Infrastructure: Facilities are not as abundant, but the library is air-conditioned with available Wi-Fi. Digital resources are accessible only for certain classes, mainly for specialized individuals. The hostel is subpar, not worth the expense. Sports facilities are not preferable, while the canteen is good albeit expensive.
Faculty: Exams will be conducted according to schedules, with a higher pass percentage and a lower rate of failure. Overall, the college is good, especially for those making lower payments per semester. They provide PDFs and PPTs that aid in focusing on studies. Additionally, the college assists in project work.
Other: Compared to other batches, our batch has experienced fewer fests and events.

Faculty and staff are good, good placements, good infrastructure and activities.
Placements: 75% of our seniors got placed in the top MNC's like Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, and many other companies have recruited from our college. The college focuses on developing skills that are in demand outside the college. They also offer training sessions for the course to help us get our dream job.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good. We have an e-library, a basketball court, and indoor games like carrom board, chess, and table tennis. We also have three hostels, one for boys and two for girls. The classrooms are well maintained and have a friendly atmosphere. The college food and canteen are good and kept clean.
Faculty: The teachers were well-educated and experienced, and they were always willing to help students who were struggling. The semester exams were moderately difficult, and the pass percentage was above 85%. Overall, the college provided a good learning environment, and the staff was very supportive.
Other: We have all the facilities.

Good placements every year, offers good courses & good infrastructure.
Placements: Greetings to all, our college offers satisfactory placement opportunities to approximately 700 individuals with salaries ranging from 4 lakhs to 6 lakhs for fresh graduates. This is particularly commendable given the current economic downturn. Companies such as IBM, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, and Wipro are among the recruiters. Additionally, around 20 to 30 students secure internships.
Infrastructure: Our college boasts excellent infrastructure, numerous labs, a spacious library, well-equipped classrooms, and overall exceptional facilities. The hostel, especially for girls, is known for its high level of security. The quality of food is satisfactory in comparison to other colleges, although the food courts and canteen could be improved to match the standards of other institutions.
Faculty: Faculty was good. But where ever we need to study by yourself. Some of the faculty supports and our curriculum was nice. They offer projects and will ready for industry but we by yourself participate, I don't think the semester was actually hard. It was decent and can attempt.
Other: The quality of the faculty was commendable. However, independent study was required in most cases. Some of the faculty members provided support, and the curriculum was well-designed. They offered projects and prepared us for the industry, but our participation was solely our responsibility. In my opinion, the semester was not particularly challenging. It was manageable, and one could make a successful attempt.

Choosing a stream entirely depends on your interest. If you are interested towards electronics and like to work in the field of electronics, you can choose ECE. And the placements are also good in ECE. Else, if your interest is towards the mechanical stream, you can take mechanical engineering.
