Yes, Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research provides lateral entry to the BTech course. Through lateral entry, candidates get direct admission in the second-year of the course. BTech (LE) is offered for a duration of three-years to aspirants who have completed Diploma recognised by central or state government with at least 50% aggregate or BSc Mathematics or its equivalent. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria must meet the merit requirement set by the university for admission. The university also BTech (LE) in six specialisations, namely Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering.
