Best university, totally worth the No 1 rankings because of it’s No.1 placements.
Placements: The placements are superb at Chandigarh University. In fact, that was the main reason I opted for CU. Whatever I heard before joining was all true, CU is the best for placements. I'm in my last second year and have already got placed in a fertilizer MNC with 6 LPA. Most of my batchmates are also placed, so the hype of CU placements is actually true.
Infrastructure: This is my first experience staying away from home. But I got really comfortable with my roommates in the hostel so easily because all of the students, the warden, and the mess workers were so caring and helpful. I fall sick so frequently due to allergies but the hospital facility within the campus is great. The doctors are available all the time ensuring that all of us are fit.
Faculty: At CU I am an agriculture student, and till now I have been guided by all of my faculty members about the latest trends going on in the farming style, and new chemicals introduce in the market. In fact, I have been a part of a research with one of my professors. Timely examinations of our practical learnings just gives another perspective and we learn something new every time. This definitely gives us an edge over the market competition.
Other: I love nature so I opted Agriculture at CU. Best thing about this course is that I have learned about many things including agronomy and studies of a lot of plants that surround us. There is no need of improvement because everything is perfect in my course. We do a lot of work field work.

Totally satisfied with infrastructure, faculty, facilities, placements.
Placements: There are 50-60 students in my batch. 50-60% of students were placed. 4 Lacs is the lowest and 6 Lacs is the highest package offered in my course. Godrej & boyce mfg. Co. ltd is one of the top recruiting company. Pre sales trainee, business manager are top roles offered in the course.
Infrastructure: All types of facilities are being provided such as Wi-Fi, projector in classroom, proper instruments in labs and all required books in library. Hostel has all the important facilities. Food is good with proper hygiene, proper medical facilities are available. Cleanliness is also maintained well.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is great and proper study material is facilitated. Course curriculum is totally relevant and it make students industry ready. Students get all the necessary opportunities.
