First of all, we have excellent infrastructure and facilities here.
Placements: Our college has different internship opportunities one of which is Cargar, a startup founded by PDPU students. They provide internships to enthusiastic students of 1st or 2nd year. They also provide a stipend if student is doing well in an internship.
Infrastructure: PDPU provides a UG hostel facility for 1st and 2nd-year college students, and high rise hostel for higher semester and master graduation students. Hostel facilities are too good as compared to other hostel nearby campus.
Faculty: There are many faculty members with higher graduation and a deep sense of their respective subjects. Marking scheme is based on an internal assessment that is taken within the class and is mostly MCQ-based. Other marks are from exams such as mid-semester and end-semester exams.
Other: SnC stands for social and cultural committee under which there are different clubs like garba club, dance club, singing club, animal care club, etc. Whereas SnT (Science and Technical Committee) focus on clubs related to astronomy, gaming club, coding club named Encode, etc.

All about Chandigarh University.

In addition, students have opportunities for internships within their fields, with salary packages ranging from 3 LPA to 5 LPA and an average of 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college boasts a commendable infrastructure, offering essential amenities such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi connectivity. Well-stocked libraries and state-of-the-art labs contribute to the academic environment. On-campus living is facilitated by comfortable hostels and dining options offering quality food. In addition, students have access to sports facilities and general medical services.
Faculty: The college prides itself on its exceptional faculty members, who consistently support and guide students. These teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The infrastructure is good in south campus but other blocks is old.
Placements: The placement cell at Chandigarh University have a lot of companies that come to recruit from our field, including Federal Bank, Gapuma Group Limited, Elchemy, Akash Institute, and the Block Education Office. They offer a variety of roles, including accountant, research analyst, and lab informatics system analyst.
Infrastructure: The girl hostel infrastructure is only average because the rooms don't have air conditioning, and there is only one room type, which is a four-seater non-AC room. There is no other option. International students have access to air conditioning, which I think is unfair.
Faculty: The curriculum is okay but not great because we have too many classes in every semester. The design of the curriculum is mixed because we have three lectures in a day, but only one covers a single subject. The faculty is good, but some faculty members don't listen to students' problems.
Other: Chandigarh University should allow students to use the lift. The buildings have 7-8 floors, and students have to go up and down several times a day. Also, the university should buy more equipment for the courses so that students can learn more easily.

Satisfied with the university and would recommend it to everyone.
Placements: In my batch, 80 percent of students were placed with an average package of 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. The highest package reached 15 LPA. Students landed jobs in companies like Wipro, Infosys, HP, etc. Some even secured internships.
Infrastructure: The campus of the university is really beautiful. I had a great time there, especially sitting in the park with my friends. All the necessary facilities are available there, and there are multiple sports grounds with all the sports equipment you need.
Faculty: Teachers at the university are excellent and teach in the easiest manner. They also inform us about extracurricular activities and events. They really help prepare students for placements. Generally, there are two mid-semester exams and one final semester exam.

The best university in Chandigarh.
Placements: Around 90 percent of students at Chandigarh University are placed every year in on-campus placements. The highest package at the university is for B. Teach students, which is around 35 lacs per annum. The average package of university students is around 3 to 4 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: All necessary facilities, like well-furnished classrooms, labs, libraries, Wi-Fi, etc., are available there. There are multiple fields for playing sports. The rooms of the hostel are well furnished and spacious. The quality of the food is also excellent.
Faculty: Teachers are a little strict in terms of attendance. 75 percent attendance is mandatory to appear in semester exams. The course curriculum really helps to crack the placements, and that is also one of the reasons for the better placement records. Almost everyone passes semester exams easily.
