Chandigarh University: Quality Education and Vibrant Campus Life, but Average Placements
Placements: In my course, which had a total strength of 150 students, around 70-80% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 6 LPA, the lowest was 2.4 LPA, and the average package was 3.2 LPA. There weren’t any major top recruiters specifically for BBA; most of the companies visiting were mid-tier or smaller firms. When it came to internships, only 15-20 students were able to secure internships through campus placements. The rest had to find internships on their own. The top role offered in my course was Key Account Manager, which one of my friends secured at Zomato.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent, with modern facilities and well-maintained classrooms. The hostels are also well-equipped, and the wardens are quite supportive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay for students. One of the standout features is the food provided in the mess, which is much better compared to other colleges. The meals, including curry, rice, and other dishes, are hygienic and fairly decent in taste. The classrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with projectors, making the learning environment both comfortable and efficient. Overall, the infrastructure and facilities contribute significantly to a positive campus experience.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good, and many events are organized in the auditorium, where we also get to participate. The curriculum is well-structured, and the quality of education is good. Each semester includes 2 MSTs (Mid-Semester Tests) followed by the final exam.
Other: I chose this college because it has a great reputation and offers good value for money. 60k per semester is reasonable, and the college is A+ NAAC accredited. There are plenty of events organized, and campus life is amazing with DJ nights and concerts happening almost every month.

Excellent infrastructure, placement & faculty full support.
Placements: 90% students are placed in my university. The highest package is 25 Lacs, the average package is 15 Lacs, and the lowest package is 8 Lacs. Companies for my course are Deloitte, PwC, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and also 80% of students got internship offers. Roles offered are management trainees, social media manager.
Infrastructure: Our department boasts state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, providing students with the best. Wi-Fi-enabled campus, fully AC classes, transport facilities, 24/7 security, vast and airy library, ambulance service, sports complex with very educated staff.
Faculty: Yes, all faculty members are very helpful and well-qualified, with vast knowledge. If I have to rate their teaching quality, it should be 10/10. Yes, this course helps us to be corporate-ready because we have multiple real-life-based subjects, and the exam level is good.
Other: I chose this course because I want to pursue my future in digital marketing, and this is the best platform to gain knowledge about digital marketing.

Chandigarh University is good to enjoy and also study. Placements are not so good as they promise.
Placements: Placements for BBA are not so good. Many of our seniors got placed, but the majority did not. Those who did get placed didn't get the desired package. The average package for BBA was 3-4 LPA. There are many low-paying companies that come for placements, and very few MNCs for BBA. The most common jobs offered are for sales or calling.
Infrastructure: The BBA department is located in a small building that is quite far from the main campus. The classrooms and library are average, but the Wi-Fi is not very good and gets disconnected frequently. The hostel food is not that great, but it is edible. Other facilities at CU are good, and the campus has almost everything that a student might need.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and supportive, though some teachers are obviously better than others. The exams are fair and based on the syllabus. The semester system is a bit difficult, but if we study, it is easy enough to clear the semester. The course curriculum is fairly relevant, but there are a few subjects that seem irrelevant.
Other: I attended Chandigarh University. I really liked the campus life there. There were at least four events every month, and I enjoyed participating in them. I also made a lot of friends there, and some of the teachers became my friends as well. As a result, college was never boring for me.

Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Approximately 60-70 send students to get placed in our course. The highest package offer is 7-8 Lacs. The average package is 3 to 4 Lacs. Top companies were Accenture, Event Hawking, and TCS, FROM THE UNIVERSITY SIDE VERY LESS INTERNSHIPS WERE OFFERED. Most roles of third by the companies are sales executive and associate sales.
Infrastructure: The college is well-equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the campus. Labs are well-equipped with computer systems that can run almost any program without any problem. There are multiple libraries and they have a good amount of sitting a good environment and a good availability of books. Hostels have congested rooms the rooms are not very spacious. The mess food is not very good. I would say that the food is decent. There is a whole sports complex built which is equipped with cricket ground tennis ground basketball court badminton court.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are very highly qualified and knowledgeable and are very good at teaching skills. However, some of the teachers are not really highly qualified and are unable to teach. Semester exams are pretty easy it is not really hard to pass them. The passing percentage is 30 power 40% above.
Other: I took this course because there are very less colleges offering business analytics courses and among those who are offering this one was the best. Many events like cu fest are held every year many other events like Diwali and other festivals are related or also held during that festival time.

The best experience I could have shared about my college life.
Placements: The recruitment is good. The average package went around 9.5 lakh, and the highest domestic package went around 53 lakh. The international package went around 1.7 crore. We were a group of 4 friends, and we all got recruited from the college placements itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my course was very good. We were allotted South Block, which was the best in the whole university. Our classes were very well furnished, and all classes had AC's. D6 was the best block, as there was a food court and a very well maintained and beautiful library.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is good. They are well-educated teachers who help every student with each problem. The faculty is a little strict, but still, it was one of the finest. We really enjoyed each and every moment we spent in the class. It was the best experience.

Conditions at Chandigarh University - my experience.
Placements: 45% were placed (approximately). The highest package offered was approximately 8 LPA, but no one got that job. Top companies in Marketing, Finance, and Management in BBA general. Internships were done by many students by their own choice of company (off-campus).
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good and rapidly developing, especially the library area. New blocks are assigned to various departments, but the BBA block is really old and bad. Another problem is the proximity and distance from the main campus; it is completely away from the rest of the campus.
Faculty: Faculty teachers are good and helpful, though some are a bit arrogant. Department heads are quite arrogant and won't really listen to student queries. The course curriculum and syllabus are easy and relevant, but practical experience lack throughout the course.
Other: More practical subjects must be included that focus on skill development. The campus crowd is not as per university standards and thus must be selected carefully.
