Honest DTU review by a DTU passed student.
Placements: Good percent of students get placed. Top recruiting companies includes intel, qualcomm, NXP semiconnductors, texas instruments, nvidia etc. Many companies internship instead of full time offers. However if performed well throughout the internship period then you might get full time in the same company.
Infrastructure: There are well maintained facilities and infrastructure available in the campus. There are well-equipped labs and classrooms for students. There are hostel facilities as well in the campus along with okayish quality of food in mess and canteen. They have grounds including football ground for sports. There are medical facilities also.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful. Most of the teachers here are Ph.D. holders and have a vast knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant in terms of the industry level prerequisites. Semesters are moderate and can be cleared only if you prepare with dedication. 40% is the pass percentage.
Other: I post graduated in the year 2021 from the university. Students were offered internship and were already working and earning before the completion of the course. Several events and fests happen every now and then. Campus life is enjoyable and a memory to cherish for life.

Our college provides good placements and college life.
Placements: In our college, around 100% of students are placed. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA and can be cross-verified from NIRF rankings. Top companies like NXP, St. Microelectronics, Intel, Texas Instruments, and others visit our campus. Many companies offer internships first, then full-time positions based on performance and requirements in the company.
Infrastructure: Students who do not belong to Delhi or have done schooling in Delhi have a good chance of getting hostels. For detailed information on hostel policies, you can visit the college website. The infrastructure of labs and facilities is excellent and we get a full week of open library access.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent and they guide us from basics to advanced based on our knowledge. They restructure their methods based on the general level. The course curriculum is top-notch and updated. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult and easy. It is based on one's preparation.

Q:   How can I get admission in DTU?

    A:

To get admission to BTech at DTU, go to the site of JAC Delhi and register yourself and according to the schedule attend the counseling. On the day of counseling bring all the required certificates as mentioned on the website of JAC Delhi. The list will come out on the website itself and you are done after paying all the fees. The admission is solely dependent on the rank in JEE MAIN. Check all the cutoffs of the previous years before attending the counselling.

Q:   Can I get admission in DTU? I have not appeared for JEE mains.

    A:

The admission criteria for BTech at DTU clearly state that JEE Mains rank is considered for the selection of eligible candidates. Therefore, it is suggested to get qualifying scores at JEE Mains for admission at DTU. Additionally, students are also required to go through the JAC counselling process to get a seat at Delhi Technological University. After the result of JEE Main, JAC counselling for seat allotment is usually conducted in four rounds. However, there are additional spot rounds conducted for vacant seats (if available).

Q:   How is the placement at DTU?

Q:   Can I get DTU with 80 percentile in JEE Main via JAC Delhi?

    A:
Usually, the cutoff for DTU stays around 90, even for the reserved categories. Therefore, getting into B.Tech courses at DTU is difficult with a JEE Main percentile score of 90 or below. The cutoff also goes high and low every year, depending on the following factors: Number of aspirants registered, The difficulty level of the exam, Total number of seats available, total number of applications received for a particular program, and the category under which admission is sought. Therefore, it is very difficult to predict the exact cutoff and give an exact answer to this question.
