The college provides growth and learning in ample amount. The campus was big and lush green.

Placements: Almost 80-90% of the students got placed in the first round of placements. I was placed at the same time and didn't remember afterwards. I heard everyone was placed. Recruiting companies came for the presentation and the interactive sessions before conducting interviews. Some of the companies that came were KPMG, Michelin, Markit, etc. Many students were placed in internships, and their internship experience was important for getting placed. Oyo Rooms and ICICI were some of the companies for int...

Our college provides education, exploration and exposure.

Placements: B. Design particularly had no past placements. Since we are the pilot batch, DTU had an established account of placements provided to the students from companies as big as Google and Goldman Sachs. Specifically for Design, there isn't such a record in existence yet.

Is Delhi College of Engineering ( D. C. E ) a good college?

Placements: This is the good college for placement. Most of the Top companies visit the campus like Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Flipkart, Uber, Adobe, Paytm, OYO, Citibank, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and many more, so If you are from one of the computer related branches or circuit branches, you'll have ample opportunities of getting placed in the company of your choice. The situation is not the same for branches like environmental engineering or biotech where students do face a little difficulty. Package is around...

DTU- Borderline for Mechanical and other core branches.

Placements: The overall placement scenario of DTU is quite brilliant considering the contention to acceptance ratio for a given job. As far as Mechanical branch is sought, out of 161 applicants around 130 were given a job that's 81% of the times. The highest and the lowest being 12-13 LPA and 3-4 LPA respectively. With the average falling in between 6-8 LPA. Top recruiters include Bajaj, Mahindra, Honda R&D, Shell and many alike. Almost every student applying for an internship were approved one so I'll say ...

One of the best engineering college in terms of infrastructure, college life and placement.

Placements: Around 70 students of 90 received on-campus placement offer and most of the remaining 20 didn't sit for placement. As far as I know, the highest package was offered by Microsoft of 43 LPA, the lowest package was offered by TCS which was 3.6 LPA but it was a mass recruiter company. Average package is around 10 LPA. For our course, most of the computer-related companies visited our campus like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, visa, Samsung, Goldman Sachs etc. Around 35 percent got on-campus internship i...

The campus is quite old but the classrooms are well-equipped with AC and projectors.

Placements: DTU has great placements. They aren't outstanding but pretty good. All the major companies visit the campus with great offers both domestic as well as international. If you maintain a good GPA (above 7.50-8.50 depending on your branch and the post you are applying for) you would definitely land a good job.

I am satisfied with the overall experience in the college with above-average placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are above-average this year. Initially, there is a recession in the mechanical field. But as time progressed, it offered a lot of jobs. Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp and Siemens visit our college for placements. Till now, about 75-80% of the students got placed either in the core field or in the non-core field. The average salary package offered in the mechanical department ranges between 7-7.5 LPA.
