Based on the information provided, I would say that studying BBA at Jamia Millia Islamia can be a good choice. Here's why:

* Good reputation: Jamia Millia Islamia is a reputed institution, ranked within the top 15 universities according to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranking.
* Well-qualified faculty: The faculty members are well-qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable, providing good teaching quality.

The average salary package offered is around 4-5 LPA, with some students receiving even higher packages.
* Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is good, with modern facilities like air-conditioned lecture theaters, state-of-the-art libraries, and well-maintained hostels.

Q:   Is Jamia Millia Islamia good for M.Com?

A:
{Source: M.Com students & alumni}

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) - Is it Good for M.Com?

Based on reviews from current students and alumni, here's what they say:

* Placement Record: While the college claims to have a good placement record, the reality seems to be different. According to students, only about 20% of students get placed, with the highest package offered being INR5.5 LPA.
* Recruiters: Companies like Samsung, Kotak Mahindra, DMI Housing Finance, and Acxiom visit the campus for placements, but the number of recruiters is relatively small.
* Course Curriculum: The M.Com course is well-structured and covers finance, accounting, and purchasing, making students industry-ready.
* Teaching Quality: Some students feel that the teaching quality could improve, while others appreciate the support and guidance received from faculty members.
* Infrastructure: The college has a beautiful campus with modern infrastructure, including a large library, laboratories, and a sports complex.
* Scholarships: JMI offers scholarships to deserving students, including the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).

In conclusion, while Jamia Millia Islamia has its strengths, particularly in terms of infrastructure and course structure, the placement record for M.Com appears to be inconsistent. Prospective students should weigh these factors carefully before deciding whether JMI is the right fit for them.

The infrastructure offered by JMI is above average. There are less chances of placements .
Placements: There are less chances of placements in bachelor's for B.Sc. Chemistry honours. The one should have to complete their master's to get a good placement. The highest package offered for B.Sc. Chemistry honours is likely to be 4-5 Lacs per annum. The lowest package offered is 3-4 Lacs per annum. There are very few (not very famous) companies that come for placement after B.Sc. Chemistry honours. The chance of getting internship is low and even the companies are not well known. So, one should complete master's for a better placement in companies like NTPC, etc. The top roles offered are a chemist or food analyser, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure offered by JMI is above average. The university provide a good Wi-Fi even though some time the range is an issue but although having a big campus so this issue can be ignored. The labs facilities are too good, even the teachers are very helpful. The classrooms are average, but the cleanliness is assured. Library provided by JMI is best like you can find everything here. Library staff is also helpful. The rules and regulations are strictly followed in the library. They also provide a separate reading room facility. The quality of hostel is above average, and all the necessary facilities are provided. The food quality is good. But the no. Of hostel provided is very less so chance of getting a hostel room is very low. The food at canteen is of very good quality and every type of food is provided here.
Faculty: The teachers or professors at JMI are well qualified and are very helpful. The teaching quality is average or some time above average too. This course is not enough for a student to get industry ready. The semester exams are difficult like you have to study to score good marks in the exams. Approximately, every student get passed here.
Other: I chose this course because I have interest in studying Chemistry.

It is a very good college with very good facilities.
Placements: It is difficult to get a job in the respective core branch with graduation.
Infrastructure: Hostel is good at affordable and minimal charges. Sports and games facilities are good and students are encouraged to take part in them.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are great, highly qualified, helpful, and experienced. All of them have published their research papers. Our campus provides ample skill development opportunities. Semester exams are easy to moderate and very well designed. Students get enough exposure to nurture their skills. The department always helps students with everything regarding the course.
Other: Our campus and its crowd are great. Students willing to have career in chemistry have to pursue M.Sc.

Jamia Millia Islamia is good for higher studies. Good library and reading hall facilities.
Placements: In B.Sc. Chemistry, there are not good placements. In M.Sc. Chemistry, there are good placements. JMI has a separate placement cell. The average salary package is 3-4 LPA. Mainly the manufacturing companies are recruiting. There are good internship options. We can do internships in other institutions also. It is easy in the case of Delhi.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. In our Chemistry department, there are good Chemistry labs. Good Wi-Fi access. Classrooms are good. Library facility is great. The hostel facilities are at an average level, but it is okay. However, it is not available for every student; there is some selection procedure. In the hostel, we get average food. The medical facilities are good and free for students. The sports facilities are also good.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Most of the teachers are helpful. The teaching quality is good. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. The course is honors. The semester exams are not too difficult. If we study, we can surely pass. The pass percentage is 75%.
Other: There is a good academic atmosphere and good facilities. Regarding fests, only some events are held. We can get connections with good students.

It is a good college, and I would recommend students to join this college.
Placements: There were no placements after graduation in this field. If someone wants to pursue higher education then they can.
Infrastructure: I was a day scholar, so I do not know about hostel facilities. But hostel facilities should be the best, because it is one of the top ten universities in India. Classrooms and laboratories were also good. The library was well-equipped with air-conditioners. Everything was good in this college.
Faculty: Teachers were brilliant and very helpful. They give their best to teach students. They do every possible effort for students. The teaching quality was also good. Exams were not difficult. If students study regularly, then the exams were easy.

I really enjoy college life at JMI and would suggest everyone become a part of our university.
Placements: Placements are really good at JMI. My seniors have been placed successfully. The staff is very helpful and supportive. Each year, different companies visit JMI to review students, and we get chances to represent ourselves in the city. Internships are also provided.
Infrastructure: Hostel accommodation at JMI is above average. The hostel provides a holistic environment for the students and is actually a home away from home. The caretaker is very nice, and mess facilities are offered at affordable prices. We have Wi-Fi, water facilities, and a reading room on each floor.
Faculty: Each year, JMI conducts its own entrance examinations for admission. The entrance exam level is moderate, and students find the teaching staff to be cooperative. Semester exams are conducted twice a year along with internal assessments. Overall, it is good!
Other: I’m enrolled in B.Sc. (H) Chemistry and am currently in my third year. I find that the professors here are well-qualified and supportive. We receive study materials for our course, contributing to an overall competitive environment.
