At the undergraduate level, Hindu College offers BSc and various other courses to students. The eligibility criteria to apply for the BSc course is good scores in CUET and Class 12. Hindu College admission to all the programmes is entrance-based. While the college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its UG courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the postgraduate programmes is based on the scores obtained by students in the CUET- PG exam (starting admission 2023). The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG from 2022 onward and the CUET PG from the 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was subject to merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. However, the university still accepts ECA quota admissions.

The applications for Hindu College that run simultaneously with DU registrations for UG courses via CUET 2023 (for UG programmes) began on Feb 10, 2023, and were open till Mar 30. Interested students were able to apply online on the official website of CUET UG. The CUET UG exam is scheduled to take place between held from May 21 to Jun 8, 2023, and the results were announced in Jun, 2023. The registrations for the Common Seat Allocation Process (CSAP) for UG admissions is already open and Delhi University has released the dates for the first, second and third DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on Aug 1, Aug 10 and Aug 22, 2023,  respectively for all categories. 

No, Hindu College does not offer direct admissions for its courses. For UG course admissions, the college considers valid score in the CUET-UG (Common University Entrance Test). Furthermore, for its postgraduate courses, Hindu College now accepts valid score in the CUET-PG exam. NTA is responsible for conducting the entrance exam. Additionally, students need to participate in the DU CSAS process for seat allotment. Students willing to apply for Hindu College admission must register and appear for the CUET entrance exam following by the counselling. There will be no direct admissions for any of the course.
