Our college is average in terms of studies and placements.
Placements: Computer science and petroleum branches have some of the best placements in our college. Placements for the civil engineering branch are quite average. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Tata, Capgemini, Amazon and various other core and non-core companies. Almost 90% of students got internships from our college from various other branches in their respective fields.
Infrastructure: Our college is one of the best in terms of infrastructure in Pune. It has an excellent library available for students to study with Wi-Fi and other advanced facilities like hi-tech robotics labs, workshops, a football ground, a tennis court and various other facilities. There is a lot to explore once you enter the MIT WPU campus.
Faculty: Teachers are quite good. Earlier, it was a trimester pattern, which was way more convenient for students to study, but now, it is a semester pattern, which has created some difficulty among the students. When it was a trimester pattern, things were quite easy, and we had a minimum work load. Semester exams are not that difficult, you can pass easily.
Other: Extra-curricular activities in our college are excellent.

Great infrastructure and amazing four years of my life, must read this engineering life summary.
Placements: Almost every student who sits for placement gets placed. There are a lot of great companies that visit the college every year. It totally depends on the student if he/she works consistently during the final years. They will surely get placed with a minimum salary package of 7 LPA. There are mostly IT companies that visit our college but considering civil branch, L and T does come every year to hire freshers. Every student gets an internship. Even if you are an average student, you surely will get a paid internship.
Infrastructure: Libraries on campus are always open and a great place for self-study with almost every book that you'll ever need in your entire four years. Computer labs are available in the civil building which have a very good internet speed. Although the hostel isn't that good, friends made the place worth living in. The mess food is average but not so bad that you can't eat it. I would recommend every fresher to live in the hostel. It will help you in making new friends and experiencing hostel life. Sports departments are very active in college. There are always competitions happening on campus. You'll surely get selected in the college team if you are good at a particular sport. There are teams for table tennis, football, cricket, badminton, swimming, carrom, chess, and much more.
Faculty: Faculty members on campus are well qualified. If the student takes interest in the subject, the faculty will help the student. Otherwise, they don't bother much. Teaching is pretty good and the course is relevant to the industry requirements too. The difficulty level of the semester exams for civil engineering varies with the subject. Some are very easy while some are moderately difficult. Be careful while choosing your electives. Exams are easy. Even if you study a week before, you'll surely pass and make sure you learn the questions that the faculty provides you. Around 90% of students clear exams without any backlog.
Other: I chose civil engineering because of my family background in the construction business. The curriculum of college is well versed with the industry requirements as I have experience working in my dad's company also. A few unnecessary subjects are added to the course as well. It would be better if it were removed as it will reduce the burden on students. Fests happen on campus and you'll make a lot of friends.

MIT WPU placements are really good .
Placements: 10% of students are there in B.tech civil. 6 lakh package offered for B.tech civil engineer, structural engineer NSO on there are many more courses offered by them in the college like civil, CSE, entc, mech and except engineering also there are many more.
Infrastructure: Everything is fine, hostel facility should change each room should have personal washroom for own. They have common and it's so unhygienic that I don't really like otherwise its fine they should maintain hostel only and food they should give it in nice quality .
Faculty: The teachers and staff are really helpful in teaching is also nice there is trimester and exams are hard. Passing percentage I don't have any idea they make students industry ready as well you can have lot of benefits taking admission here in this college .
Other: My passing year is 2025 there are lots of events and clubs in the college they take lots of activities just there are less no. of students in civil as there is less no. of jobs.

There are good infrastructure and faculty members, but the placements are below average.
Placements: Not even a single core company visited our college to offer jobs for B.Tech in civil course. We were informed that core companies would visit here in the month of January. Even February is also going to end, but none of the companies has visited yet. Although the placements for CS and ENTC are good, as said by my friends of those streams.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the civil department is the best amongst all other branches. There are really huge classrooms and laboratories, and almost all the required equipment is available in ample number. There are some places where you will get Wi-Fi. The library is also good enough for students who really use it.
Faculty: The trimester pattern is much better than the semester pattern followed by SPPU. The trimester pattern reduces the pressure of providing 6 papers at a time and gives additional chances to pass in the subjects. The civil department has very qualified and knowledgeable teachers, and most of them have M.Tech from IITs or have a PhD.

I am satisfied with the college. They had above-average placements in 2019. It is an awesome campus.
Placements: Placements for civil engineering are average. College promises above 80%-90% placements. The highest salary package offered was above 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiters who visit campus are Afcons Infrastructure Limited, Consolidated construction Consortium Ltd. and many more. The college also promises 100% recruitment for internships. They also give practical exposure to constructions and different industrial visits as well as which is highly needed in this role.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is awesome and is very close to nature, as MIT-WPU campus is located near the hill which gives you awesome feeling to visit the campus. Classrooms are above average, and the library has the all necessary books that students need. They have football ground, gym and many more facilities that a student needs. Computer labs and all technical labs for students are fully equipped and well maintained by them. The canteen is huge and provides all types of food. They offer a mess system every month as well and there is a huge parking space for two-wheeler and four-wheelers as well.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are excellent. I am fully satisfied with them and they are very supportive and knowledgeable in their subjects. Many faculty members have industry experience which they share with us, also some of the faculty members give practical examples which are very helpful for us. The college helps us to get ready for the industry.
Other: I opted for this course because I wanted to go in the field of civil engineering and the construction and transformation field. My family background is also related to this line only. It would be better if we could get more exposure to site visits because it helps us to understand more. MIT-WPU organises many fests and even they organize political rallies, youth political rallies, etc. They also offer scholarships with some criteria.
