To get admission to a four-year BTech course at NIT Trichy, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who passed Class 12 with minimum 75% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject are eligible to apply for this course.
