The Entry-Level Scholarship at UPES Dehradun is a merit-based scholarship that considers a combination of Class 12 marks and CUET/JEE Main scores. The scholarship offers varying percentages, with the most significant scholarship percentage of 30% being awarded to candidates who have achieved >96% in their Class 12 examinations and >95 in the CUET/JEE Main entrance tests. Entry-Level Scholarship based on Merit/ CUET/ JEE Main

The scholarship will be awarded up to 30% (tuition fees only) and awarded only if acceptance fees are deposited within timelines (mentioned in the offer letter).

The application process includes visiting the official website, registering, filling out the application form, uploading required documents (scanned photograph and signature), and paying the application fee. Additionally, a graduation marksheet is required for the application.

UPES Dehradun admission to BTech/ BTech (Hons) course is based on national-level entrance exams like JEE Main, CUET, etc. The university also conducts UPESEAT for providing admission to BTech course. UPES Dehradun accepts JEE Main/ CUET UG score for admission to BTech/ BTech (Hons) course. Aspirants must also Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate and a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Maths/ Biology, and English in Class 12 to apply with JEE Main or CUET score. Candidates must secure at least 50 percentile for admission to through SAT India score. For aspirants who wish to apply with their merit in the last qualifying exam must pass Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 75%-80% aggregate and a minimum of 75%-80% aggregate in Class 12 PCM subjects. UPES Dehradun cutoff for the MBA course is based on NMAT scores. As per the last NMAT 2023 scores for admission to UPES , the minimum NMAT cutoff was 140 for the General All India Quota. Also, in 2022, the NMAT score for university was the same at 140, hence it can be concluded that there has been no change in NMAT cutoffs in last two years.

UPES Dehradun offers MBA across various specialisations, including International Business, Operations Management, Aviation Management, Power Management, Oil and Gas Management, Business Analytics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management through NMAT. Candidates aspiring for UPES Dehradun must have a valid score in NMAT for further admission rounds. 

 UPES Dehradun offers over 72 courses at the UG, PG and PhD levels through nine schools and UPES Centre for Continuing Education (CCE). The total tuition fee for BBA ranges between INR 1.5 Lacs and INR 14 Lacs as per an unofficial source. The fee excludes other fee components like caution deposit, exam fee, etc. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. The selection to BBA course will be based on national and university-level entrance exams like UPESMET UG, UGAT or CUET UG followed by a personal interview round. UPES Dehradun offers MBA in International Business (International Business Law and Negotiation), Operations Management, Aviation Management (Aviation Enterprise Management), Power Management (Power Business and Regulations), Oil and Gas Management (Petroleum Marketing and Business Development), Business Analytics (Energy Analytics), Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Business Process in Supply Chain) and Marketing Management.

UPES Dehradun admission to BCA course is based on CUET-UG. Aspirants who have not appeared for the entrance exam can come for personal interview round. Additionally, candidates who have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate along with Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology as one of the major subjects in Class 12 can apply for the BCA course. After completion of the selection rounds, aspirants need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university. There are a total of 60 seats in the BCA course. BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. UPES Dehradun offers BTech in 28 specialisations and Global BTech in five specialisations through the UPES School of Advanced Engineering (SOAE).
