The procedure to take B.Tech admission at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology is:

Fill and submit the OJEE or JEE Main online application form. Appear for the OJEE or JEE examination. Meet the OJEE or JEE cutoff requirement to qualify. Participate in the OJEE or JEE counselling process. And it is required to get 96+ percentile to get admission in VSSUT. It is good to have atleast 96 percentile so that one can get admission in computer Science in Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology. 

In terms of getting quality education, Odisha University of Technology and Research andVeer Surendra Sai University of Technology are almost equal. But don't have very high very high expectations from faculty members because the curriculum being taught is outdated and faculty members are generally disinterested to clear doubts apart from the regular coursework. Both CET and VSSUT Burla are well-respected institutions for B.Tech studies. However, it ultimately depends upon your personal preferences and strong needs.

Yes,  VSSUT offers various courses at undergraduate and research levels in Engineering, Science, Computer Application, Arts and Architecture streams including B.Tech. All courses are AICTE approved. it has aa category called Computer Science & Engineering . It's sanctioned intake is 60 students and total intake is 70 students. B.Tech is a total course of 4 years and can be a great career option for computer enthusiasts.
