Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognized institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 80% of students get placed every year. The highest package offered is 25 LPA. The top companies that come here for recruitment are Amazon and Cognizant. 40% of students got internships in our course. Many of the students went for higher studies to pursue master's.
Infrastructure: The facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are provided in the college. Hostels provide good quality food, medical facilities and also bus facilities to go to college. A canteen is available in both the college and in the hostel. Sports are conducted on occasions like sports day.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to everyone. The teaching quality is good. Semester examinations are not so difficult. Average students can pass the exams easily. Every course offered is curriculum relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. It is very helpful in our future.
Other: I chose automobile engineering because of my interest. The best thing about this course is we can learn all the mechanisms of automobiles.

Placements were very good in our college last year.
Placements: Every year, 80 to 90% of students get placed in various MNCs, and the remaining students pursue higher studies. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the average is 6 to 7 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. About 100% of students get internships in different domains like web development, application development, Ml, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good enough. Classrooms are spacious and ventilated properly. Various advanced technologies are present in our classrooms, like smart boards. Different labs are present for different courses, and they are big enough. A Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the college campus. The library consists of many technical books, and the online website allows users to download soft copies of newly launched books. The living space is clean, and the food is hygienic.
Faculty: The quality of teaching is excellent. Faculty members are skilled in different domains. Along with theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge is also provided to students, like hands-on projects, assignments, etc. The courses are designed by industry experts and are up-to-date. The course structure consists of all the newly booming technology knowledge.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty and department.
Placements: Nearly 80% students got placed in different companies from mechanical engineering. The highest package offered to my course is 18 lpa and the lowest offered to my course is 2.5 lpa. There are some of the top recruiting companies. Nearly 70-80% students got internship from my course in companies like Genc, Wipro, Infosys .
Infrastructure: Good environment and good infrastructure provided in my hostel, best infrastructure for my course too. Good bandwidth is there and better labs for every department and we also have cad labs. Classrooms are better. Library is provided for every department and you can grab anything from that coming sports we are having many sports to participate.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. There teaching is understandable. Course curriculum is more relevant. It makes the students industry ready. Exams are some what difficult but as on we are practicing on those topics its more easy to grab knowledge. Pass percentage is 75-80%.
Other: The best things in my course is we can learn about machine learning, Cad, Mechanics there are many. In my course nothing is to be improved just like only regarding timings of projects. There are many events going on.

Our college has good placement opportunities.
Placements: About 80% to 90% of students will be placed according to their knowledge. Most placements that'll come to college are in the core and IT sectors. Mostly, IT companies are coming to our college nowadays. In India, the service sector is emerging dominantly.
Infrastructure: Our college has Wi-Fi, which is available all the time in hostels but not everywhere in the college. Hostel food is not bad, but also not good. We have canteens and medical services available in the college. We can participate in any sport based on our interests.
Faculty: Our teachers are friendly in terms of teaching. Teachers and staffs in our college are very helpful when we are doing any projects. They will complete the syllabus in the scheduled time. Semester exams will be hard to write, and the inspection of faculty is very strict.
