Faculty, teachers, and infrastructure are very good; also, placements are above average!
Placements: So right now I am studying in the 2nd sem. This year, from the seniors, I have heard that a good number of companies like Wipro, TCS, etc., visited the campus and recruited a lot of students. This was a good year for placements for those who sat for them! About 75% got jobs, and the highest package I've heard is 10.5 LPA from the CSE branch. Also, some seniors got internships in Google, etc.
Infrastructure: The sports quota of our college is good; many students play sports, and events happen like crazy. Many events take place, so I don't know about that, but the library is very good. Every kind of book for studying or formal reading is available. The classrooms are very clean and spacious, and the labs are very good. The mechanical, physics, chemistry, and basic electrical labs have every equipment, and the computer lab is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful; they help with every problem anyone faces. The teachers are fairly qualified for what they teach and are pretty knowledgeable too. The curriculum is like every other college in WB; some are relevant, but some are not, in my opinion. However, they make the students industry-ready. Exams are kind of hard, but teachers teach everything they set in the exam, and marks are also easily obtainable if anyone writes the correct answers.
Other: So I chose this course because, from my childhood, I was fond of computers and their behind-the-scenes working, so I chose this course because it was of my liking. The fests are huge. The cultural fest, i.e., Zyzzva, and the tech fest are crazy good. Many celebrities come during events, and also time-to-time events happen, like sports events and small events, etc. Our campus is very beautiful and full of greenery. The grounds are very big and good. Scholarship systems are there too, and many opportunities for extracurricular activities are organized.

Absolutely good college. Faculty members are decent. Really good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 80% of the students got placed in CSE. Last year, the highest salary package was nearly 23 LPA, and the average was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, and Wipro. A huge amount of students secured internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: There is no recording facility in classrooms. The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi facilities are available at the whole college including classrooms, library, labs, etc. Labs are decent and air-conditioned, but classrooms are not. Hostel facility is good. The quality of food is average in the canteen. Food options are also very low at the canteen. An emergency medical facility is available in GNIT with the help of a private hospital. Sports clubs & gaming clubs are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. However, the teaching quality can vary with different faculty members. GNIT follows the curriculum of JIS University, which is better than the MAKAUT curriculum. It makes students industry-ready. If we study well we can score a high percentage, as it totally depends on us.

I am not fully satisfied. Development in the infrastructure is required.
Placements: About 60 to 80 percent students each and every year got placed in multiple teach companies. The highest package is about 15 LPA. The lowest and average is inbetween 3-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like tcs, mahindra, capgemini, accenture, infosis, wipro etc. I am not sure that how much students got internship but it is given after 3rd year. Thr companies hire students as they required for their purpose like in accounts, management, software developed, content writers and for research field and other various purpose.
Infrastructure: GNIT is well known for its smart infrastructure. The classrooms are big, clean and airy with necessity number of fans and electronic bulbs. The classrooms are contains projector for provide a smart look and a quality of digital medium education for students. Labs are filled with computers with wi-fi and full college campus is under CCTV Survealence. The college has a large library with a lots number of books. The college has three playground for sports and for utilize in different programs. The college has seperate hostel capacity both for boys and girls inside and outside of the college campus. Canteen serve a little bit good quality of food to students.
Faculty: The teachers of college GNIT are helpful to each students and qualified with lots of teaching experience. They often provide external knowledge from their vast knowledge. The course curriculum is impact and focuses only on the need portion of each subject. College often organise seminer for industrial knowledge and provides internship programs for workplace. The semister exam is moderate.
Other: CSE is one of the most sharp course in the field of engineering. To make advancement of technical world I select this course. The interesting part of the course is it provides studends to taste both software and hardware. In my opinion there should be a availability of smart components and advance labs for make research work inside the college. There have also cultural programs and fest for students.

The true words of my college.
Placements: Placements are very less from the past few years; the highest package is 26 LPA from Amazon and Microsoft. 60% of students got internships in our college. The maximum roles are in sales and marketing for MBA students and some non-teaching and teaching roles for B.Tech students in GNI.
Infrastructure: Most of the students joined Guru Nanak Institutions by seeing the infrastructure of the campus, like me. Actually, the classrooms, libraries, etc., are very nice in GNI, and I don’t know much about the hostel and the facilities, food, etc., because I’m a day scholar in GNI.
Faculty: The faculty in Guru Nanak Institutions is average, I can say. I love my first-year faculty very much because they didn’t only teach us the subjects; they motivated us and taught us how to survive in society, how to live, and how to face critical situations.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement; teachers, faculty members, and infrastructure are good
Placements: Very few students got placed from GNIT, below 50%. The highest package is 26 LPA (Lacs per annum); the average is around 3 LPA. The rest of the students are still jobless. Accenture, Jus Pay, and some other startups recruited students from the 2024 batch. Jus Pay organized an internship session, but unfortunately, no student got selected for the internship. Though I'm not blaming the college for this poor placement, as we all know every college has the same situation with slight differences.
Infrastructure: Well, the infrastructure of GNIT is quite good, actually. There are 3 huge playgrounds, 1 basketball court, and 1 badminton court. Boys' hostels and girls' hostels are well-maintained. 24*7 Wi-Fi is available, with no issues with electricity supply. Classrooms are big, well-maintained, neat, and clean. A lift is available in the institute. Faculty members are also nice and helpful, except some.
Faculty: Of course, teachers are helpful and qualified enough. They helped us a lot in many situations, especially in semester exams, by solving many problems and issues, and giving suggestions for exams. Sometimes we didn't get the common suggestion as the questions were moderate, which is good, I think.
