The year 2023 cutoff ranks for B.Tech. in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIT Bhilai - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category are - 2824 for OBC, 1389 for SC, 743 for ST, 1001 for EWS, 195 for PWD. IIT Bhilai is ranked 81 for Engineering by NIRF 2023. Considered under the top 100 eminent institutes in the country for Engineering education, the cutoffs are comparatively higher. In JoSAA Round 6 of 2024, BTech CSE was the top course with the highest cutoff score of 5932. For other courses, such as Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, the cutoff score stood at 6732 in the R-6. Hence, it is true that it is little difficult to get into IIT Bhilai. However, with the right preparation and study strategy, it is never impossible to achieve the goal. 

For 2022, cut off was 5172 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Bhilai - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 8990 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
