IIT - (BHU) Varanasi.
Placements: 81.3% of students were placed. The highest salary offered was 90 LPA, the lowest salary offered was 6.5 LPA and the average salary was 27.41 LPA. There were companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. that came for placements. Most of the non-core companies offered internships for worthy students in the course. There are many startups that are run by the students.
Infrastructure: As one of the oldest campuses in India, the infrastructure is quite old and does not meet the expectations of the students. The hostel facilities are average, and the food is below average. However, the canteen facilities are available, and there is a medical center that provides medical care for students for free.
Faculty: The curriculum is the same as in other IITs. Most of the staff are highly educated and ranked among the top professors in the country. The semester exams mainly focus on non-core subjects in the first year and increase their focus on core subjects in later years.

Best college for memories and campus.
Placements: About 80-90 percent students get placements every year, and till now the highest package is 1.6 crore and the lowest is 8 LPA. All the top companies visit here including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and all. About 25 percent students get internships on campus, and everything is too good at IIT BHU.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are given to us as an IIT college; it is so prestigious and all requirements get fulfilled here. Wi-Fi, labs, library, and classrooms are top class and have very good infrastructure. In hostels, we get a variety of food; sometimes it is not that much good, but overall, it is better as compared to other hostels. Sports and medical facilities are brilliant here.
Faculty: All the teachers and professors are very qualified, being IIT and IIM graduates. Their teaching is good and sufficient for our courses. The curriculum is relevant and helpful for our domain. Semester exams are of a decent level, not that much hard, but yes, to pass them, we need to study well.

It had a good placement in the year 2023-24 and good academic facilities.
Placements: I am from the electronics branch. It's a circuital branch, so its placement rate is 90% for our batch. Approximately 135 out of 150 students are placed. The highest salary package is approximately 90 LPA, the average salary package is 32 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 16 LPA. From my course, 40%-50% of students get internships. Top roles include ML engineering, SDE, data science, and electronics core.
Infrastructure: All basic facilities are available, such as Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, furnished classrooms, and 24/7 library access. In the hostel, there are some issues, like irregularly hygienic food in the mess and some problems with drinking water. However, with complaints, these issues are noticed and addressed properly.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching methods are a little old, but they are understandable. From the third semester, the course curriculum is relevant. The regular class routine makes students industry-ready. Semester exams become more difficult as you progress to higher semesters. The pass percentage is approximately 40% of the total marks.
Other: I have a lot of interest in electronics and communication technology, so I chose this course. It provides the basic structure of how the modern world will be shaped into a vast world through these modern technologies. There are three fests held in the college every year, one is sports, the second is technical, and the other is cultural.

Placement in my college is good but infrastructure are not good .
Placements: Almost 90% student are placed in some multinational company the highest package 1.68cr, the lowest package 7 Lacs and Average package is 31.34 Lacs Top serve recruiting company in my college is Uber, Samsung, Goldmansacs, Microsoft, Google etc. In 2023 almost 30% student got internship in depth Serve technology is the top role offered .
Infrastructure: There is some infra problem related to hostle like old type of hostle but some hostle like dg2 is new hostle and new morvi is fine. Wi-Fi availability is very good in hostle as well as depth and campus also. Mess quality in our campus is good. Sports facility in our is also good .
Faculty: Teacher are highly qualified, some teacher are helpful and teaching quality is also fine Yaa course are useful and also make student capable for industry and also useful for research Sem exam are tough in my college not sure about pass perct but quite tough.
Other: Because I am interested in circuital. There is lot of things to learn in electronics Department professor are quite helpful and some improvement are also required Events are organised but our campus is open campus and campus surrounding is not good .

Review of Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi.
Placements: Most of the students who sit for placements get placed by the end of graduation. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Nvidia, etc. Also, some HFTs come to recruit students from circuital branches (some of which also remain open for other branches). A significant percent of students also bag internships at these top companies. Top roles offered are Software Development Engineer, Hardware Engineer, and other related roles, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in departments is mediocre, though it is being renovated currently. Wi-Fi is available in the department. Labs are equipped with apparatus required, though some of them are old. The classrooms are mostly comfortable. The library is stocked with textbooks and also some other miscellaneous books. Hostel facilities and infrastructure are average. Food in the mess also has average quality and taste, which is manageable. Medical facilities are available. Some hostels also have a Badminton lawn.
Faculty: Also, the professors are qualified and knowledgeable. They try to impart useful knowledge to students to make them industry-ready. The course curriculum is relevant if you want to pursue job roles in your core course. Semester exams are not very difficult. The overall curriculum, including quizzes, surprise tests, attendance, labs, etc., is considerably lenient in comparison to other colleges.
Other: The college has grounds to play sports, a Student Activity Center for indoor games and gym, several student-formed clubs like coding, dance, music, art, masquerades, social service, etc., that instigate interest in extracurricular activities among students. The annual cultural fest Kashiyatra and technical fest Technex are conducted with grandeur. The campus is filled with natural elements.
