I'm satisfied to be an aerospace engineering student here.
Placements: Most of our seniors got placed, and others went for higher studies, both in India and abroad. Almost 97% of the students got placed in the previous years. Both core and IT companies come for placements. Companies like Capgemini are major core recruiters in our stream. Special training and value-added courses are provided in addition in the view of placing almost everyone.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our courses is amazing, especially the lab facilities. We have facilities like a high-speed JET facility and flight simulators in our lab. There are even funded DRDL projects conducted in the lab. The lab instructors are also well experienced, and some worked even in IAF.
Faculty: Professors here are excellent. They are experts, experienced, and knowledgeable in the field. Some have work experience even in DRDO and ISRO. Most of them hold a Ph.D. What amazes me the most is apart from the expert in such complicated subjects they could come down and make us understand. They answer even to our the silliest questions and the major focus is not on our grades rather than focus more on our understanding of the subject. If anybody is ready to work they will definitely make him or her work on any of the projects.
Other: Events are conducted in our college.
