The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam for NIT Patna to BE/BTech courses is scheduled to be held between Jan 22 and Jan 29, 2025. For BArch and BPlan courses, the exam is to be conducted on Jan 30, 2025.

- The IIT JAM 2025 online registration process for admission to the MSc course has closed now. The IIT JAM 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on Feb 2, 2025.
- The GATE 2025 admit card for admission to the MTech course will be available for download from Jan 7, 2025. Additionally, the GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.

NIT Patna Highlights 2025
National Institute of Technology Patna (NIT Patna) is an esteemed Engineering institute in the country. The institute has secured ranks from various national and international bodies. NIT Patna is the 6th Oldest Engineering Institute in India and ranked '56' position in NIRF 2023. Additionally, the institute is ranked by several international ranking bodies. NIT Patna Architecture is ranked 23rd out of 30 colleges in India by IIRF.
The National Institute of Technology Patna (NIT Patna) was established in 2004 by the Ministry of H.R.D. Government of India. NIT Patna provides undergraduate (BTech, BArch), postgraduate (MTech, MSc), and PhD programmes through its experienced faculty well versed in their respective field of engineering and technology with well-equipped laboratories. NIT Patna signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Handong Global University, Pohang, South Korea for the exchange of students, faculty and research.
The institute's BTech in the CSE branch and BArch degrees are its two most popular course offerings. JEE Main exam scores and NATA scores, respectively, are used to determine admission to these programmes. Library: The Central library of the institute owns a vast stock of over 75,000 books catering to the needs of all the relevant fields of engineering. It has a resourceful stock of over 10,000 computer-related books and a demarcated section for every engineering branch and architecture.
Computer Centre: A state-of-the-art Computer Centre started its operation on 27th November 2011. It serves as the central computing facility for the students, research scholars, and teachers of the institute. The Centre is well equipped with modern Computers (190 in number), air-conditioned labs and stabilized uninterrupted power supply among the other facilities. The Centre has seven labs for all the students and one lab exclusively for PhD scholars of the institute.
Medical Facilities: Two permanent doctors have a fixed chamber within the institute premises. He can be consulted by the students and employees for any health-related problems on every working day free of cost.
Hostel: Residential facilities are provided to students in three boy's hostels and two girl's hostels. Presently, all the girls and many of the boys are accommodated in these hostels. Upvote Q: Can I get into M.Tech in CSE at NIT Meghalaya with a GATE score of 450 in the general category?
The NIT Meghalaya GATE Cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1. The Cutoff scores ranged between 352 and 492. The most competitive course was CSE among all. The Cutoff score for CSE was 492, for the General AI category candidates. Therefore, candidate with the Cutoff score of 450 cannot get M.Tech in CSE at NIT Meghalaya.
For the OBC AI category candidates, the most competitive course was CSE with the Cutoff of 423. Therefore candidate falling under OBC AI category getting a score of 450 can get M.Tech in CSE at NIT Meghalaya.
