I am satisfied with the infrastructure, faculty, and facilities arranged by our college.
Placements: The students have plenty of job opportunities, depending on their skills. Around 80% of the students got their jobs.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is accessible on the campus. The library is well-maintained. It has a large collection of books. Canteen is good. Sports like cricket and volleyball are encouraged.
Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and experienced. Their teaching pattern is fantastic and the course I am studying is good. The exams are moderately tough. The pass percentage is a minimum of 67.5. Our teachers are familiar and always helpful to the students.
Other: I opted for this course as I want to study more about it. Fests and events are much better compared to other colleges.

Shivaji College - The hub.
Placements: This college has a very low profile in placements because it's a degree-oriented Institute. It doesn't provide much more about secure jobs or internships. There are placement societies and events that ensure interviews. They help to progress our performance in securing jobs. Mostly, it's an average source of jobs.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel provided by the college. There are PG or private near our areas. They also interfere when there is a problem with the stays for outstation students. Qualities are variable according to the rent and support. Most of them provide the best quality food and fill our needs. The rent starts from Rs. 9,000 - Rs. 15000.
Faculty: Teachers are the best. As a science student, I can tell that they are very helpful. They are highly qualified and kind-hearted. Semester exams are tough. Students can crack exams easily. It is difficult to score high for students. The pass percentage is above 60%.
Other: The college is the best place for extracurricular and curriculum activities. We can choose the path we want. There are a lot of programs held in our college. There is a main event named Vibration at the end of the year.

Highly satisfied with my college, excellent infrastructure, placements and teaching faculty.
Placements: A number of placements are provided to the students. A placement cell is also present in the college to provide each and every information to the students regarding time, date and any query about placements. Various companies were a part of this drive like RBS, Genpact, etc., with around 2 to 2.5 Lacs annual package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is improving day by day. From my first year to my final year, the college has improved a lot. It is accredited 'A-grade' by NAAC. The library is full-fledged with each and every book. Computerised search machine is also installed to provide ease to the students to search for their books. Wi-Fi campus, labs are accompanied with high-tech facilities and instruments, medical room with certified doctors is also there, classrooms are all smart classes, sports ground and NCC and NSS rooms are also there along with women development cell.
Faculty: The teachers are highly educated and very professional. Most of them have doctorate degrees and are highly qualified. They know how to teach students in an easy and understandable way through powerpoint presentations and smart projector box. Each department has around 15 to 20 teachers as their teaching staff. A lot of intercollege competitions are held to let students gain exposure and learn a lot of new things.
Other: Each year, the annual college fest, i.e., Vibrations is held which is a two-day fest to let intercollege competitions and various college societies are there as well. Our college societies are Shutterbugs: photography society, Vayam-dramatics society, Footloose-dance society, Bizarre-fashion society, Reverb-singing society and Dictum-debating society. The connectivity of the college is also really easy. The nearest metro station is Rajouri Garden from where rickshaws are available to make students reach the campus in hardly 2 min. The crowd of the college is mixed as every DU college has. Every department of the college organises its own departmental fest as well.

College has an amazing infrastructure and festivals, but has no placements and an average faculty.
Placements: There are no placements in the zoology course, but you will get a lot of internship opportunity during the summer holidays. As it falls under the Delhi University, so many of the internship opportunity is given to the student. The main aim is to get the admission in M.Sc courses in the various recognised universities of India. Many of the students get admission into the M.Sc course and the B.Ed course in the best university across India. The placements are mostly present for the commerce students and not for the Zoology students. During the internship, students get an opportunity to use the specialised equipment under the observation of a mentor and also get the stipend.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is great. There are gardens and a sitting area where groups of students chat. There are also 2 grounds, one small which is mostly used for sitting purpose and the other is a big ground, which has a professional cricket ground with nets, tennis court, a basketball court and a volleyball court. There is also a Wi-Fi facility and the best thing is that there are 2 or more labs for every concerned department with specialised equipment. The library is also famous in the university as it has books for the sciences (subdivisions), commerce and arts. You can also play any game in the college depending on your interest. There is also a medical room where there is a doctor available, every day. They also give medicines. There are also big classrooms with a projector in each class. There is also an auditorium with a big screen and a sufficient sitting facility. There is also a canteen on the ground floor with quality and less costly food. There is no hostel, but the best thing about the college is its infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty number is large, and are qualified to teach the course. All the faculty has done PhD, and they mostly use a blackboard for the teaching purpose. But as zoology is a course that requires diagrams, so the projector is also used for making us understand better. In the 1st year, you will not face much difficulty as the curriculum is great and you can easily study and enjoy. But in the 2nd and 3rd year, the curriculum gets difficult as you need to cope up with completing the syllabus and complete the practical work. There is a lot of practical work to do in the 2nd and 3rd year. There are 2 teachers for each subject, and the strength of the class is about 30-40 students. There is also a visit to the nearby zoological park or biodiversity park in a year( on demand of students). The curriculum needs to be flexible as the practical work is more and mostly focus on writing stuff. There should be more time for completing the syllabus.
Other: One of the best things about the college is its college and departments festivals. In the festivals, there are many games and Bollywood stars that perform in them. There are many societies in the college ex- dance society, singing society, drama society, fashion society, debate society, painting society, NCC, NSS, etc. In these societies, the students can brush up their skills. Everybody knows that the Delhi University has given many great personalities to the country and you cannot get bored in college as all the festivals are celebrated in the college, where everyone can participate.
