College review for new students.
Placements: The placement percentage was 5 to 6% in 2023. 24. Package information ranges from 2 to 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Namura, P360, Quality Kiwosk, etc. The internship percentage may vary. Top roles include software engineers, data analysts, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and well-furnished. Labs are fully air-conditioned, and the library is stocked with books and knowledge. There is no hostel for students. The canteen food is clean and good. Sports and games like football, cricket, badminton, table tennis, and others are available.
Faculty: There are knowledgeable and qualified teachers, and faculty members are helpful. The passing rate is 100%. Exams depend on the question paper and how well you can write and fill it out. There are many course-curriculum activities available online. Students can experience everything here.
Other: Teach fest and campus drive occur.

St. Thomas college's review .
Placements: An average of 60% of students were placed in our college. The highest package was 9 LPA, and the lowest package was 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Nomura P360, etc. Half of the students got internships at our college. The top role offered in college was team leader.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college were average. The labs and library both have Wi-Fi. The quality of facilities in the canteen was average and the medical facilities were good. Sports often happen in our college. And games also happened in our college.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members were all were helpful and course curriculum activities were also good. It makes the students industry ready for sure. The semester exams were averagely difficult and students had to learn a lot. The passing percentage is 40%. It happened two times a year.
Other: Fest and freshers are also conducted.

College is good for studying but it is like a school where you have to care about attendance.
Placements: Due to recession the on campus drive has been slow and most of us are not employed yet. The oncampus drive before recession was good and many people used to get job. This year college is adding more seats and more people are going to join but I do not know how many placements will they get. The main recruiters are mindtree, cognizant and Infosys.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not so bad. We have library, nice labs and a beautiful playground. The college takes special care on infrastructure to make education better. There is no hostel, the college provides phones numbers of few mess or PG near the college for students.
Faculty: The teachers are nice, few teachers are excellent. Not all teachers are so good but still one wll not feel bad studying here. One who really want to get knowledge always ask the them to know. Teachers never hesitate to help. There is one issue is that one cannot do internship unless it is a on campus job.

Such a nice college in Kolkata.
Placements: Around 80% of the students in our college belong to the IT and CSE branches and have successfully secured placements. Renowned companies such as Cognizant, Infosys, Mindtree, Nomura, and others visit our campus for on-campus placements. The highest package offered in 2023 amounts to approximately 10lpa. Additionally, our college also provides internship opportunities. On average, the companies offer a package of around 4lpa.
Infrastructure: The college boasts a commendable infrastructure, with well-equipped labs, classrooms, and a library that meet the necessary standards. However, it is important to note that the Wi-Fi facility is exclusively accessible to the college faculty members. Unfortunately, there are no hostel facilities provided by the college. Additionally, the quality of food served in the canteen is subpar. On a positive note, our college organizes annual cricket, football, and badminton tournaments, fostering a vibrant sports culture.
Faculty: The college faculty is extremely supportive of the students. They possess excellent teaching skills and are highly qualified educators. The curriculum is practical and prepares students for the industry. The semester exams are challenging, with a passing rate of nearly 90%, overseen by three invigilators in the examination hall.
Other: The college campus atmosphere is rather dull. It resembles a typical school setting. I aspire to enhance the overall experience. Annual farewell and freshman events are organized regularly, providing the only source of enjoyment. Additionally, a teaching festival is also conducted.

The college is good but you don't enjoy college life.
Placements: This year, around 60% to 65% of students got placed in companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant. The highest salary package offered is 45 LPA by Flipkart. The lowest salary package offered is 4.2 LPA. Internship opportunities are low in this college, we have to apply off-campus to get internships.
Infrastructure: All labs are in good condition but Wi-Fi has low internet speed. Canteen food is decent.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. But if one is not from Bengal, it can be a little difficult at times because some teachers use Bengali language. Semester exams are not difficult much, if we are good at studying we can score good marks in exams. If one wants good placement, then we need to score at least above 8 CGPA.
Other: We don't enjoy much of a college life here. The dress is compulsory in college and only freshers and farewell parties are organized. In this college, one might feel more like a school.
