A. No, there is no negative marking done in case of wrong attempts in the exam. The Bar Council of India will confirm about negative marking from AIBE 18 onwards, if it decides to implement it. However, candidates will have to wait for the official notification for same. Until now, the exam authority did not deduct marks of candidates who could not attempt question paper correctly.
