TS ICET Normalisation Process
Kakatiya University compiles the TS ICET result using the raw score followed by normalising the same. The score normalisation process helps equalise the score of the test takers across different shifts. A specific formula is used to bring down the score of an easy shift, or increase the scores of the candidates in a difficult exam shift.

In the above formula,
- SASD: Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of the section of a particular session.
- GASD: Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of all the candidates across all sessions of all sections put together
- STA: Average score of the top 0.1 per cent of the test takers in a section of a particular session.
- GTA: Average mark of the top 0.1 per cent of all the candidates across all the sessions of sections put together.
Since the candidates are unaware of the above-mentioned metrics when the answer key releases, the normalised score cannot be calculated. Therefore, candidates must wait for the final results to decide the TS ICET college for MBA admission in Telangana.
