    I must recommend CUSAT College.
Placements: I think more than 80% of students are placed every year, and their average package is 6-8 LPA. This year, Adani company recruited 28 students from one class. In CUSAT, I recommend Safety and Fire Engineering. Every department here has placements.
Infrastructure: Good facilities and infrastructure are available in our college. We also have good college hostels with excellent facilities and infrastructure. In the mess, we have quality food. We also have good classrooms, labs, computer labs, workshops, and all the necessary facilities.
Faculty: We have well-educated teachers. All teachers are really good. They teach us very simply and behave very friendly towards us. But attendance is a must in our college. We need to have 75% attendance in every subject to attend the exams.

You can join here if you do not get into IITs, NITs, or IIITs.
Placements: Most students are placed. Most of them are getting 5 LPA to 6 LPA. One or two students out of 60 are getting a salary package of 10 LPA in the IT field. For our branch, very few core companies provide placements with low salary packages.
Infrastructure: It's a government college. All facilities like library labs are available, but if you compare them with IIT or private colleges, it doesn't stand out. I am not from Kerala. We aren't getting any hostels. We are all living in private hostels or PGs.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified. The curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are difficult, but you can get all the questions from the previous year's papers. It's easy to pass semester exams.
Other: I chose it because it's a good government college. We have a lot of holidays because of the strikes. There are 3 or 4 fests.

    Best campus experience ever.
Placements: Almost 30% of the students get placed every year. The package ranges from 6 Lacs to 9 Lacs for core companies, and for IT companies, it may go up to 20 Lacs. Top recruiters include L&T, Vedanta, Tata Power, Reliance for core electrical jobs, and for IT jobs, the recruiters include IBM, Cognizant, TCS, etc. Every student will get internships in which they won't receive any amount as a stipend (GAIL, ONGC, PGCL, etc.). There are internships that give stipends as well; Reliance is such a company. The job role for core electrical jobs will be Graduate Engineering Trainee.
Infrastructure: College facilities are mediocre. Being a government college, your expectations should be that much only. Classrooms won't have AC, and smart boards are implemented in almost every class. Labs are old, but they are nice. Hostel facility is nice as the cost is concerned. It costs only 500, but the toilets are Indian style, so it's difficult. Hostels don't have Wi-Fi facilities, so we have to take an external Wi-Fi connection, which is easily available. The School of Engineering library is not that big; it's a small one that can accommodate only 50 students at a time. It has Wi-Fi but no AC. All those books in the syllabus are available, and we can borrow the books for as long as we need. We also have access to the university library, which is super nice, having AC, Wi-Fi, and all those facilities, including a lounge facility.
Faculty: Faculty is mediocre, with middle-level knowledge in their area. I'm talking about guest faculty only. The permanent faculty members are really nice, having immense knowledge in their area. The curriculum is updated every 4 years, so it is really relevant and makes students fit for the current job requirements. The semester exam difficulty is mediocre; you can pass easily even though we revised the previous exams only.
Other: I chose this course to pursue my future education in astronomy as this course is also enough for that. Concerned about college life? It’s really nice, we are really free here, no one will get into our privacy, including teachers. Being a university campus, it’s always vibrant because of having various programs every day, which will be of different department programs. But everyone can be a part of that if you wish. For the best campus experience, CUSAT will be the best selection.

CUSAT - Cochin University of Science and Technology is a great college.
Placements: Top-rated placement opportunities are provided here. Almost 90% of the students are placed. The highest salary offered is 25 LPA and the lowest salary offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Cisco, L&T, TCS, Hexaware, etc. Almost 90% of students got an internship and most of them got under various IIT, NIT, and IIIT'S. The top roles offered in our courses are VLSI, design engineers, etc.
Infrastructure: Good classroom, Wi-Fi settings, library, hostels including mess are available. The quality of food is really good and tasty and the sports center and medical facilities are great. Labs are also really great and are air-conditioned with connectivity available everywhere.
Faculty: Excellent faculty and highly qualified teachers are there in our college. The teaching quality is great in our college. The curriculum is relevant and it does make the student industry ready. The semester exams are moderate and can be passed if you have studied. The pass percentage is very high.

Review of School of Engineering, Cusat.
Placements: Core placement is less for branches like EE, Mech, etc. Safety and fire engineering has about 100% placement, with average package about 9 LPA. Average package for EEE is about 5.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA for EEE. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Tata, Reliance, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Classrooms are not that good. The library is available in our college. Wi-Fi facilities are not available in our college but are available in the library. We will also get access to the university library. The hostel facility is not available for students without reservation.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and well-qualified. The syllabus is from Cochin University, so it's difficult to acquire topics on YouTube. Semester exams are very difficult. They make it so tough that we get backlogs in examinations. The pass percentage is about 50%.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. Extracurricular activities are held in our college. Many events are held in our college. Another attraction is that we will get connections apart from our college as we are studying at a university.
