Placements: IIT Delhi has the highest placement record over other colleges. It has a placement record of 84.94% with an average salary of 21.9 LPA and a median salary of 19.5 LPA. Over 500 companies visited IIT Delhi, and 50 of the offer opportunities were from the UK, USA, Japan, and Singapore. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Bain and Company, McKinsey and Company, and many more.
Placements: Most students in this course are unplaced because many students choose other careers, such as civil services, consulting, or coding, instead of their core branch. However, those who are placed get decent packages, averaging about 8 lakhs.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed. The highest package was something around 40 LPA and the lowest package was 6 LPA. BCG and Microsoft were among the top companies. Here most of the people go for tech sector jobs or consultancy jobs. Almost 20% of students got internships.
Placements: Almost 60% of students were placed recently, with the highest package being 2.4 crores per annum and the lowest package being 20 lacs per annum, and the top roles of our course are part designing and parts manufacturing. Most of the core companies come to my college to provide placement in my college.
Placements: There are many companies involved with the college, like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc. There is a best salary package that provides like 8 lacs to 20 lacs per annum salary provided. In this course for admission, it is very difficult to clear the exam.
Placements: In my opinion, IIT Delhi provides one of the best placements in India, and my branch has had a history of outstanding placements. Last year, my branch, Electrical Engineering, had an average package of 29.6 LPA and a median package of 24.5 LPA. The percentage of students placed was around 89%. It is pretty safe to say that if you are from the Electrical branch in IIT Delhi, you have an upper edge in the placement season.
Placements: 85% of seniors in our branch were placed on campus, with the highest package being 45 LPA and the lowest being 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TATA, Honda, Jindal, and Maruti. Most of them went for IT sector jobs, and some of them chose core jobs. 50-60% of students got internships in companies like Tata, Honda, and Jindal.
Placements: This college has the best placement facilities and the best package salary. There are companies like Bridgenext and Globant that are associated with the college. The salary range provided is from 4 Lacs to 10 Lacs per annum. In this course, admission is very difficult because it requires clearing the NIMCET exam.
Placements: In my course of Industrial and Production Engineering, we have a very high placement ratio compared to any other branch at IIT Delhi. Last year, 61 students stood for placements, and 59 got placed. This ratio is even higher than that of Computer Science students. Our average package varies every year, but currently, as of now, I am writing this on December 3, 2024. A total of 3 placement days have passed, and as per my knowledge from my seniors and colleges, the average package of my branch this...
Placements: Almost 90% of the students were placed. The highest package was above 1 crore, and the lowest was around 10 lacs. Companies that came for placements were Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, and many more core and non-core companies. The percentage of students getting internships was also high, about 80%. The roles offered were in tech, the core chemical field, consulting, analyst positions, etc.
Placements: Almost 100% of students get placed if they sit in placement, but sometimes most of the students go for higher studies and some of them for government services. Many students get high placement, but as of now, 3-4 students from my batch got more than 30 LPA, and the lowest is 8 LPA. All recruiting companies are not from the core; some were in a tech background, some were in consulting, and some in core like BPCL. About 20-30% of the total strength got an internship in various companies, as the pl...
Placements: As I am 1st year student I don't have much idea about placements on campus but I will share the information that I have. As I am a mechanical engineering student I will share the data about my branch because I don't have any idea about other branches. So according to last year's data, the average salary package offered was around 13 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 8 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 50 LPA. Last year, almost 87% of students got placed. Top recruiti...
Placements: Energy engineering is a new branch in IIT Delhi. It started in 2020. It is the first batch to get placed. This year the first batch of B.Tech in energy science and engineering will be placed. We can get an idea of the placement scenario only after placements of 2024 are over.
Placements: IIT Delhi is one of the top IITs so it has a very good placement percentage and good salary packages offered. The percentage of students got placed is around 96%. The highest salary package offered is around 45 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 20 LPA in our course. Usually, students who do M.Tech don't need any internships but we have a complete chance to do internships. Students who are pursuing engineering get 100% internships. Many recruiting companies visit campus for pl...
Placements: In our last batch, around 14 students were placed. The highest salary package was 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package was 6 LPA. EdTech company was highly interested in our batch. Internships offered were in research field. Course will prepare students more for tech side as compared to teaching side.
Placements: Our batch has not experienced the placement session, but the placement percentage is around 90%. As per observation, placement offers are less than previous years, but there has been an increase in internship offers, especially in our batch. There is a significant increase in the number of internships offered.
Placements: The percentage of students who get placed is very high; it’s around 98 percent, and the highest package offered is around 58 Lacs. The lowest package offered is around 8 Lacs, and the median is around 14 Lacs for my course. The percentage of students who get internships or study projects under professors is 100 percent; that is, all of them will get any of them for sure. Top recruiting companies are mostly vehicle manufacturers, and some students go to the software stream through their minor deg...
Placements: In the engineering physics batch of 63 students, about 25-30 secured on-campus placements, around 20 pursued higher studies in physics abroad, and the rest likely found off-campus opportunities. The average package was around 20 LPA, mostly for those entering the tech field.
Placements: In 2023, around 61 out of 67 students that registered for placement from B. Tech in Chemical Engineering (4 years) got placed, which is around 92% of the total registered. Top recruiters include ONGC, Bharat Petroleum, Reliance Industries, Aditya Birla, and Honeywell. The average package was around 20L CTC, the highest around 40L (for core jobs), and the lowest around 10L. Most of the students go for non-core jobs by doing a minor degree in Computer Science along with their main degree for a hig...
Placements: Placements are good. Both core and non-core options are open for all branches. The most preferred non-core options are in consultancy, finance, and software development. In the PI branch, most people opt for non-core. Most companies don't differentiate on the basis of branch. They just want people with the required skills.
