BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. UPES Dehradun offers BTech in 28 specialisations and Global BTech in five specialisations through the UPES School of Advanced Engineering (SOAE). UPES School of Computer Science (SOCS) offers BTech (Hons) in 12 specialisations and a Global BTech in CSE.  The total tuition fee for the BTech programme at UPES ranges between INR 9.5 lakh - INR 18.3 lakh. This fee range does not include the hostel fee or the mess fee and only includes the cost of tuition for the four year BTech programme.
