Q:   Which is a better college to pursue B.Tech among NIT, Warangal and DTU?

A:
Both the colleges are great, NIT Warangal should be given more preference because DTU has 85% state quota, you should go for DTU if your school is in Delhi region. Otherwise, course curriculum and infrastructure of NIT Warangal is better. DTU is better in terms of placements but again, you will not get a preferred branch at the same rank if you are from outside Delhi region.

Honest and Best review of NITW.
Placements: Chemical engineering is a good course. This college provides a good faculty, they have a quite good experience in their field. The college provides good placements. The average package is 15 LPA. The highest package is around 40 LPA. The placement rate is about 92 percent.
Infrastructure: The hostel has a good infrastructure. The College hostel provides single remembered, two remembered rooms according to the student's convenience. The hostel provides basic facilities to the students like good washrooms, 24-hour water supply, and 24-hour current supply.
Faculty: The college provides a well-experienced faculty, they have a lot of experience in their respective fields. They help in all-round development of the children. The curriculum is quite good. It focuses on student development. The semester exams are too difficult which develops a competitive spirit in the children.

IIT level placement yet small disappointments are there.
Placements: 87.21% students were placed in my course from last batch. 89.83% students overall (including core and non-core placements from our branch) were placed. 34 LPA is the highest package, 4.5 LPA is the lowest, 12.54 LPA is the average, and the median is 11.88 LPA. ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, ITC, etc. are the top recruiters. The top roles are offered in Product Management.
Infrastructure: The CHE department is well known for its state-of-the-art infrastructure but unfortunately, the 1st year hostels aren't up to the mark. The respected authorities are trying and the staff also try to maintain hostels properly but there is still a lot of room to develop. (Even 4G and 5G signals are not accessible in many rooms and students would've suffered if it wasn't for the super-speed LAN services provided here. ). Strictness isn't shown because it's clearly visible when toilets are left unclean and littering is done outside by the students.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and most of them are IITians from old IITs and NITians from old NITs. Some care a lot and some just simply put pressure on and make the course non-interesting. Undoubtedly, the faculty is hardworking and the course curriculum is one of the best. Management of the courses could be modified a little, as it might be a little hectic as of now. Semester exams are well prepared and can be cracked with a decent level of preparation.

Overall, satisfied with everything.
Placements: Placements are quite good at college and vary according to branch, which is quite obvious. In CSE, it's just 3 months and almost 98% got placed and 70-80% for ECE and EEE. After this, chemical engineering and mechanical engineering have quite impressive placement, followed by civil engineering and biotech. Also, we have minor courses that allow different branch students to get a chance to sit for CSE and ECE and mathematics and computing companies. (Not much but yes, companies are allowing.).
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, college is literally good. We have 1.8k hostels for 1st years of undergraduate and Masters (for all years). For 2nd years we have blocks that are also good and a few of them got renovated recently so they are in good condition. And for 4th and 3rd years we have 1K hostel, which also has very good infrastructure. Along with that, the academic buildings of different branches are also impressive. The Chemical, Biotech, ME, Physics and Chemistry departments have one of the best buildings on our campus. Labs are good. Conference halls are also quite good but our auditorium is not that good. I mean, it's old and not air conditioned so it's a downside of it but it's getting developed ( as per the rumors).
Faculty: About teachers, it depends on the faculty of different branches. For my branch, they were so rude, especially for our batch. They are good at subjects but need to be good with students as well, more focused on marks and CGPA rather than knowledge. Mechanical and CSE got some very understanding and good pros. Talking about the exam, it's overall depending on the department and pros again. In the new curriculum for first years, they are giving marks for attendance and overall behaviour as well and midterm exams are not there.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in chemical engineering things and this college also has some of the best faculty members of chemical engineering in India. One of the best institutes for chemical engineering (it's difficult here to get marks ). Events and fests are the best. We have Springfest as our cultural fest and TechnoZion as our technical fest.

NIT Warangal explained in details .
Placements: The highest package per annum was of about 80 Lacs this year; the average package is near about 8 Lacs, and the lowest package is near about 5 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies for the course are ITC, Oracle, and many more. About 50% students got internships in ITC, SAMSUNG, PHONEPE, etc. Roles offered are depending upon the company but mostly the roles are of a data analyst.
Infrastructure: Starting with the hostels, which are not so good, not so bad, it's just okay. Faculty members in hostels are not much; there are washing machines for laundry, water coolers for drinking water, and nothing else. The quality of food is not good in the mess; it's just eatable. Medical facilities are good; you won't have to pay for your medicine, and the doctors are good too. Regarding sports and games, there are regular events and competitions conducted throughout the year, and one of the main events is INTER NIT, in which students are selected according to their skills.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. All the faculty members graduated from top IITs and NITs; they are helpful too. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to some extent; it does make you industry-ready. The difficult level is not so high; it's medium. The pass percentage is almost 90 percent.

There are some deadlines before which you have to upload documents and if you don't do anything before deadline, then your seat will be gone in that round.

NITW has a better ranking. So I would recommend NITW. If you are unhappy with the branch you can always look forward to internal sliding and change after your first year.
