A college with good placements every year compared to other top NITs.

Placements: Software development engineers in many multinational companies receive high salary packages. Each year, approximately 95% of students are placed in jobs, with an average package of 30 LPA for computer science and Engineering (CSE) students. There are good companies who visit our college and porovide job opportunities for mechanical engineering graduates as well.

Infrastructure: The college offers sports and games, which are well provided. Hostels need some improvement, especially considering the fees we pay; they don’t quite seem worth it. The mess food is good, and the Wi-Fi network is good, with cables available in every room. The NITW hostels are among the largest in India and have good-looking infrastructure.

Faculty: Semester exams are above average compared to other NITs. Starting from the 2024 academic year, we will have an absolute grading system. This course has been thriving over the last decade. The faculty members are knowledgeable and highly skilled. Overall this college is a great choice for future students, and I would highly recommend it.

Other: I chose the artificial intelligence and data science course because it is an emerging trend nowadays, and I am interested in AI.

Good facilities and good placements.

Placements: Excellent placement opportunities when compared to other NIT colleges. The salary offered is comparable to that of NIT Trichy which is the number one NIT currently. The highest package is 49 LPA and the average salary is 12 LPA. Overall the opportunities are good.

Infrastructure: The hostel services provided here are good but not very good. The Wi-Fi connection may fluctuate sometimes but is good other times. The water facility is good. You will get 24 by 7 but some days may be exception based on availability and cleaning service is good.

Faculty: The curriculum is the same as almost other nits. The teachers and professors are experts in their respective fields of teaching and offer guidance when needed. The exams may be conducted on the spot surprisingly sometimes. You are going to have fun while studying.

Other: Campus life is very good.

Absolutely satisfied with the course.

Placements: NITW is the best place for good opportunities that enhance practical exposure and help in placements. Up to 76% of students are placed in big tech companies. The highest package is 26 Lacs, and the lowest package is 13 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Microsoft, and IBM.

Infrastructure: Our college provides the best facilities and expert faculty who create an easy optimal learning environment and motivate towards studies. Labs are well-equipped, and more computers have been updated recently, working with new technologies. The quality of food at the canteen is good.

Faculty: Faculty is knowledgeable, and the campus promotes a culture of academic excellence. They teach well and have masters as their qualification. Their way of teaching in practical makes us industry-ready. The semester exams are much difficult to pass. Our passing percent is 45%.

Review of National Institute of Technology.

Placements: When it comes to placements in NITW, there is no doubt you are in one of the best colleges. Top companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart, TCS, etc., visit campus every year and the highest package up to now is 88 LPA. The average varies every year but mostly around 17-18 LPA. If you are in CSE, it also goes around 24-25 LPA. Every year, over 90% of students get placed in campus placements. CGPA plays an important role in campus placements as some companies set cutoff CGPA for interviews. Tech-based jobs like software development, software programming, etc., blockchain development, cybersecurity-related roles are also more popular among big companies.

Infrastructure: The campus is very beautiful and clean as it is always cleaned, not only on Sundays sometimes. There is college Wi-Fi which works only in some places. The library is a very peaceful place (not all the time) to study. The digital library is also very nice, which will help us to learn new things. The book ATM machines allow you to borrow books from the library. The classrooms for first-year students are in the New Academic Building (NAB), labs are in respective departments, and there is a data center for tech-related labs. Hostels for first-year girls are Sarojini and Priyadarshini, which are below average and need some development. The hostel for first-year boys is 1.8k ultra mega Hostel, which is Asia's one of the largest hostels. The mess for girls (all years) is LH mess, which we need to take a 15-day subscription for 115/- per day. Hostels are not that good; you need to adjust. The mess is okay, not that bad but boring if you eat for a long time.

Faculty: The curriculum for my course includes C++ programming in the 1st semester and DSA in the 2nd semester. Remaining subjects include English for technical communication, Maths, electronics (basics), etc. The teachers here are good with good communication skills. All are well-qualified lecturers. In my opinion, it is not a big task to pass the exams since it is based on an average system. Over 92% pass the exams, I guess. For 1st-year students, industry exposure is not that good, but for 2nd and 3rd years, it is good, to my knowledge.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a software engineer. And also, it is the best course in one of the best colleges. Labs, which are the best for practicing, are my most favorite but also stressful. The events which are conducted yearly are Technozian and Springs Spree. Technozian is conducted in Dec-Jan time, Springs Spree in Mar-April mostly. There is Extra Academic Activity for all B.Tech 1st years which is physical exercise activity, which is important for attendance.

National Institute of Technology Warangal College review.

Placements: I am studying CSE at NITW, and in the year 2023, about 90% of students in our branch got placed. We got a highest package of 66 LPA, an average of 29 LPA, and a median package of 25 LPA. Our top companies include Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Uber, Salesforce, and DE Shaw.

Infrastructure: NITW provides robust Wi-Fi connectivity across the campus, including academic buildings, hostels, and common areas. The Central Library at NITW is a comprehensive resource center with a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources. However, the infrastructure of classrooms needs to be improved a lot.

Faculty: Coming to the teaching faculty at NITW, the faculty members are generally well-qualified and experienced, holding advanced degrees from prestigious institutions. Exams at NITW are generally challenging, designed to test a deep understanding of the subject matter. The exams often include a mix of theoretical questions, problem-solving exercises, and practical assessments.

Other: Generally, we will have 2 fests every year, one for each semester, namely Technozion and Springspree. We also have many clubs and extracurricular activities, which help students from getting pressurized.

Your expected JEE Main AIR is between 393027-434398. Based on the JEE Man percentile you obtained, NITs and CFTIs are difficult to get. So please improve this up to 99 percentile for getting NIT Warangal in upcoming JEE Main exam.
