Other: I feel good to be here. This was started as an IIT so its functioning is quite well. It is one the most beautiful campuses in India. The work culture is superb, there is no restriction to work 24 X 7. All the teachers are young and supportive, except for some of them. There is only one problem, that the institute doesn’t have much funding to work beyond the limit. MHRD is deducting the money for research. They should provide sufficient funding to get good results also, and they should monitor how the work is going.
