To pursue a B.Tech course from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria: Academic Qualification: Candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects. Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have appeared for the JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Admission to NITs is based on the All India Rank (AIR) obtained in JEE Main. Eligibility Criteria for Indian Nationals: General Category: Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards in the Class 12th examination. SC/ST Category: Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 65% marks in the Class 12th examination.
