To pursue a B.Tech course from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria: Academic Qualification: Candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects. Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have appeared for the JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Admission to NITs is based on the All India Rank (AIR) obtained in JEE Main. Eligibility Criteria for Indian Nationals: General Category: Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards in the Class 12th examination. SC/ST Category: Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 65% marks in the Class 12th examination. The NIT Srinagar JEE Mains Cutoff 2024 was released for Round 1. The Cutoff was released for different specialisations across different categories. For the ST AI category candidates, the most competitive course was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing Cutoff of 1031. The easiest specialisation was BTech in Metallurgical and Materials engineering. The Cutoff ranks ranged between 1031 and 2981 for the same. 

For the SC AI category candidates, the most competitive course was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. The Cutoff for CSE closed at 3626. The Cutoff ranged between 3626 and 8019, across various specialisations. 

The National Institute of Technology Srinagar offers a four-year full-time BTech courses covering several specialisations (branhces) at the UG level. NIT Andhra Pradesh is established in the state of Andhra Pradesh in 2015. The institute offers MS, PhD, BTech, and M.Tech programmes. Admission is based on JEE Mains scores for BTech programmes and GATE scores for M.Tech programmes admission. There is a training and placement cell at the institute. The placement information for 2023 has not been disclosed by NIT Andhra Pradesh. But the NIRF report 2023 is made official. The median compensation for BTech and M.Tech students during the NIT Andhra Pradesh placements in 2022 was INR 6.80 LPA and INR 5.41 LPA, respectively, according to the study.
