Shiela Khanna said, “I found the exam to be difficult, I don’t think I will be able to qualify it. Questions asked were very high-level and seemed to be from a trained lawyers expectations not from an aspiring lawyer’s viewpoint”.

Neeraj Raut also did not have a good experience of giving AIBE 2020. “I got confused in many questions of AIBE exam. I could not find sub-sections of some topics asked in the question paper. It was not good for me”.

Sehaj Mishra felt that the exam was of moderate difficulty level. Majority of the questions asked were based on case studies, I had solved all the previous years’ papers and that proved extremely helpful in attempting today’s paper”.

Another candidate, Shivangi Sikarwar shared, “A few questions were tricky but overall my paper went well. I think I was just lucky because majority of the questions asked were from study material that I was carrying to the centre and I quickly found all answers”.

Gaurav Arya said that the exam was easy and questions asked in AIBE XV were from the syllabus only. He added AIBE question paper carried case studies from recent cases and he was able to solve the paper on time. AIBE exam pattern was well defined including the sections, meaning, and internal conflicts between the sections.

To pass AIBE 19, a candidate must have at least 45% marks in case of being from the general or OBC category, and 40% in case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category. Considering you scored 43 marks, it seems that you failed to cross the pass mark.
