TISSNET 2020 Analysis: Section-wise difficulty level
TISSNET 2020 question paper comprised 100 multiple choice questions each carrying one mark each. The overall paper was easier as compared to last year.

TISSNET 2020 Analysis: Section-Wise Review and Expected Cut-Offs
General Awareness
Traditionally, General Awareness section has posed serious challenges to exam takers. This year too, GA emerged as the toughest of all. While a majority of questions was asked from static GK, only a few were asked from Current Affairs. A score of 25-27 or more out of 40 will be considered a decent score in this section.
English Proficiency
The questions in English Proficiency & Language Skills section were of easy to moderate level. Only a few questions pertaining to vocabulary were a bit difficult. Unlike last year, there were no questions on idioms, one-word substitutions and analogy. The questions on grammar were plain and simple. There were a few questions on synonyms and antonyms.
Maths and Logical Reasoning
Out of 30 questions, 23 were asked from Quant whereas seven were asked from Data Interpretation. This section was easiest of all. The overall difficulty level of questions was easy to moderate. A score of 23-25 could be considered ideal for this section.
TISSMAT 2020 Analysis
This year, an additional test, TISSMAT, was conducted for candidates applying to MA (HRM&LR) and / or MA (ODCL) programmes. Read section-wise analysis of TISSMAT question paper below.
TISSMAT Question Paper Pattern
TISSMAT question paper included 45 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided equally across three sections. For every correct answer, the candidate will be awarded one mark whereas for an incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
