Candidates passed MCA/ M.Sc. degree or equivalent with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST), after graduating with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in 10+2+3 system from a recognized University are also eligible to apply.
Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-learning programs are eligible only if:
(a) the programs are recognized by the tripartite panel of AICTE-UGC-DEC,
(b) they have passed the qualifying examination at the time of applying, with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) in average.
They must bring the original pass certificate, mark sheets of qualifying examination, and proof that the program is recognized by the AICTE-UGC-DEC in the letterhead of the Institute / College / University with their application form at the time of reporting for test and counseling/interview.
Appearing candidates in distance learning programs, whose results are yet to be declared, are not eligible to apply.

- Register and ApplyInterested candidates can apply online with valid GATE score.
- Merit ScreeningShortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on the score obtained in GATE. Candidates who have not appeared for GATE would be shortlisted for personal interview based on marks obtained in written test conducted by the college.
- Final SelectionCandidates are selected based on GATE score or written test conducted by the college, previous academic record and performance in Personal Interview. Maximum weightage is given to marks obtained in GATE or written test, followed by the performance in PI and previous academic record.
