Good college, do check out other colleges as well and select the one which suits your need.
Placements: The placements were great, one of my friends was hired by Colgate for a finance-related job, another one for HDFC Securities. HR Manager and Researcher were the top roles I can recall. I can't recall the percent of students who got internships. It differed from course to course.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility but has a canteen. The computer lab can only be used by IT students. The library collection is very great. Wi-Fi is also available for students. Medical facilities are also provided, as well as there is a dedicated room for sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The course differs. The semester exams are set by the college itself as it is now an autonomous college, but you can find the previous year question papers in the library. There are many activities which make the students industry-ready, but it majorly depends upon the internships and other live projects you do.

Satisfied with faculty, really bad infrastructure and facilities but great campus.
Placements: 60-80% are placed, no idea about the package, and most are placed in government hospitals as therapists or psychologists. Internships are pretty equally divided based on what course you are doing. Top roles are counselors in industrial areas, schools, and colleges, or you can even have your own clinic.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that good. We are not provided Wi-Fi passwords, and labs are average. Classrooms are great in space. The library is one of the best in our college. I've not applied for the hostel, so no idea about it, but washrooms in college do not have water sometimes, and the canteen is expensive.
Faculty: Teachers are great and helpful in every subject and can really make students industry-ready. Courses are provided for better learning and better skills. I haven’t given exams yet, so no idea about it, but the passing CGPA is 5, I guess, in college, so figuring out about it.
Other: The campus is great, with greenery all over. It has a lake, adventure center, and botanical garden. It's wow.

Pros and Cons of Joining Wilson College.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities offered in my course. Students mostly have to find internships by themselves. The college does not have a placement cell for Psychology so there aren't any opportunities. Professors did share resources but they were very limited.
Infrastructure: I have not lived in the hostel so I cannot comment on that. My classroom didn't have many facilities. We did have a psychology lab which had the required equipments but it was average. Our libraries weren't convenient as there was no system to just pick out a book and read. But rather forms had to be filled and books would be given the next day.
Faculty: Some teachers are qualified and knowledge whereas the majority teachers are not good enough. Most just read through their notes and don't make the subject interesting. The course curriculum is relevant but it can be better. The course can have more practical experiments, group projects and better assignments for the overall development of a student. The semester exams aren't very difficult. Majority students clear exams.
Other: I love psychology and I want to pursue Psychology later on in my life and hence I chose this course. The course is interesting and I loved studying Social Psychology. It would be better if we had better assignments and experiments rather than very outdated ones. I didn't like the crowd. The people weren't very welcoming and there was favouritism and groupism quite a bit. I MET better people in my third year. There are many extra curricular activities for those interested .

It was a good 3 years there with a good crowd and best facilities. Good support from teachers.
Placements: Not really sure, but internships were offered continuously by faculty members. They used to share internship opportunities over a WhatsApp group, and anyone interested could apply. Attendance was also provided if the internship was done and two lectures were attended. Importance was given to students' onsite experience.
Infrastructure: It was great in all terms, with a great convention room, lab, library, sports group, and all facilities. It has a great ambience, AC rooms, and affordable canteen food. Huge large-scale events and great celebrity visits. Different committees for dance, marketing, and management were made.
Faculty: They take feedback for improvement and keep facilities accordingly. You can rate their teaching every semester. Your suggestions will be taken into consideration, and action will be taken in terms of syllabus, faculty members, and extra requirements.
Other: The events were a great attraction, and students interested in working on experience and media-related activities will get great exposure too.

A good college with a good campus.
Placements: Around 25% of students got placements. They give good guidance regarding placements. But you can get good opportunities. The college gives a good number of internship offers. This course is also good. About 60-80% of students got placed. Almost all top companies are included. I have no idea about internships. Roles offered are PR head, CP, VCP, CL, and ACL. The highest salary package is offered in the course.
Infrastructure: The library is quite nice. Students can access past semester papers. As far as the canteen goes, the food is palatable and affordable too. Classrooms have an old-school aura. For sports, selection takes place every year. Moreover, coaches train students to get into championships as well. We have labs, classrooms, and a library in our college. For Wi-Fi, we don't get the passwords but it's available. There are no hostels. Sports and games facilities are up to date and always happen around the whole year. We have a canteen right next to Starbucks, and it is surrounded by all Jain vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. holders. They are highly educated and cooperative. They push students to apply for many exams and notify them about vacancies in the industrial area. Semester exams are indeed hard but not difficult. To ease this, teachers take mock or weekly tests to help students prepare.
Other: I wanted to pursue a life in academia. I heard that they have a funded research department called GNIRD and enrolled. They also post notices for scholarships that female students can apply for. There are a lot of extracurricular activities to be a part of, so we can take the form of credit courses.

The college has its merits and demerits.
Placements: More or less, the internships are with Stanly Morgan, but the departmental internships are not up to par. It's better to find your own internships via LinkedIn. It is said that the companies are in plenty, but that feels like a lie. Overall, just because of the name, you can get placements wherever you want.
Infrastructure: There are no ACs, but the overall infrastructure is nice. The projector works fine. The Gymkhana is nice, and the sports in college are plentiful. The library has its own vibe; it feels like you are studying in Hogwarts, but the books are outdated in many aspects. The lending and reference libraries are two different libraries.
Faculty: It's more theoretical. It would be more practical to have real-life field visits, but the college doesn't have that. It gives you a better understanding of how real life works. Most of the faculty hired are real-life working professionals, and their insights help a lot.
Other: The fests are plentiful, but after a while, it feels forced to participate to earn ECC points.
